This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is the perfect home base while you visit Austin! You'll be only 5 minutes from downtown and across the street from a park in the lively neighborhood of Govalle. The space features an electric fireplace for cozy nights and a multi-functional pool table for added entertainment.

Perfect for groups of friends, there's plenty of space for everyone! The first bedroom is on the ground level and has a sparkling ensuite bathroom and doors that lead to a fenced-in furnished patio. The other bedrooms are all upstairs. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and doors leading to a balcony patio. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds in them.

Govalle is a highly rated neighborhood by Austinites, who frequently regard Govalle as the "happening" area. The entire landscape of the neighborhood is dotted with entertainment, dining, shopping, gyms, transportation, and friendly neighbors. Living in Govalle means never being bored.
