Carmen's Casita - 1925 Renovated Ybor Bungalow

Welcome to our 1925 renovated bungalow! This stay allows you and your friends or family to be minutes from Historic Ybor 7th Avenue, Armature Works, Downtown and Water Street in Channelside. About 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Whether you are looking to relax or be a digital nomad in "Champa Bay", we have all of the amenities to make you feel comfortable for the entirety of your stay. Each bedroom was thoughtfully decorated with Tampa inspired decor from Gasparilla Pirates, to Ybor Cigar Lounge, and of course a beach theme primary room.

There are 2 bathrooms: One in the Main Living space and the other is in the primary room. We supply all amenities for the bathrooms.

Our kitchen provides you with everything you would need for your stay. Cookware, cooking utensils, a knifeblock, cutting board, blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, water kettle, oven, baking sheet, stovetop, fridge/freezer, glassware, tableware, utensils, dish washer, microwave and more!

We know there's so much to see out in the city, but home entertainment includes a Smart LG 50" TV in the living room, a 55" Sony TV in the Primary room, a speaker you can connect to through blue tooth, and a few books around about the city of Tampa and the culture.

Do you have a car? Parking is usually difficult to find within the city, however our bungalow has one of the largest driveways in the area. It's also completely fenced in!

Outdoor space involves the covered front porch. Take a seat and enjoy a cigar!

Here for a longer stay? We have a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, and iron station.

We spent a year renovating this Bungalow the right way. It's not just a house, it's also history. Only 2 owners beforehand, with the original being an Ybor cigar maker from the early 1920's.
A historic house experience that's less than 10 minutes away from all the action!

North Ybor is located in Tampa's urban core. Please be mindful that there is walking traffic and wild (protected) roosters in the neighborhood.
