If you prefer to explore areas off coastal highway, you can drive or take an Uber.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.
TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels
OUTDOOR POOL/AMENITIES: Outdoor pool is open seasonally and is open subject to management of Belmont Towers. Sonny Stays is not responsible for unexpected closings, but will communicate any information as soon as its received. The same goes true for availability of other building amenities.
PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.
--ONE NIGHT STAYS: may occasionally be offered depending calendar availability. Prices may be higher and one night stays will be subject to further screening before confirming, and a possible security deposit.
--IDENTITY CHECK: Guests will be required to submit ID and take a selfie to verify ID. This must be complete before checkin instructions are provided
--RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present on the door of the unit. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.
--RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code.
NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.
-SECURITY HOLD: Must be scheduled on a credit card before reservation is finalized. This is just a preauthorization. It is typically $250, but it can rise to $500 among certain times of year such as Bike Week. Please reach out with any questions.
--MANAGEMENT ENTRY TO PREMISES--owner/manager/building staff will make every effort not to enter property during guest stays. However, if the need arises without alternative, they will notify the guest with as much notice as possible and find a time to do so with the least disturbance. In an emergency situation, advance notice might be limited in order to rectify the situation.
--Please note given the exposure of the unit, it can get slightly warm in the afternoon in the living room and on the balconies.
UNIT CAPACITY: While the unit has a capacity for up to 10, the ideal capacity is 6-8 people. There are 6 dining room spots, 2 island spots.
BUNKBEDS: The lower level bunkbeds may not be suitable for medium to tall adults due to the space between the 2 beds.
PROXIMITY TO BOARDWALK: This Unit is directly on the boardwalk and in downtown ocean city. The location of this unit is typically shielded from noise, however this cannot be guaranteed based on the downtown location of this building
DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
COMFORTERS: May be different than what appears in the photos due to laundry cycles
-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.

You can walk directly to the beach and the the boardwalk is directly outside the building with access to everything you would hope to visit without having to get back in your car.
This property is also conveniently located directly over the bridge from Western Ocean City, where you can visit additional, shops, restaurants, and outlet stores.
