This was a great spot for a Nashville getaway, IF…
-stairs are okay for you. There are two short flights from the free, safe parking to the unit, and a staircase to the upstairs bedroom.
-you are an early riser. You WILL hear (and feel) the cycle gym below. Weekdays, this begins before 6:30 AM for about 45 minutes. Weekends start a bit later, but last longer.
If you are still reading, you’ll have a safe and super cute stay! You’ll find very comfy memory foam beds and pillows, stylish furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen.
The individual patio gets morning sun, and there is a common outdoor area just outside your door with a variety of seating options. It’s very well lit, so anyone sleeping on the sofabed would be well served with an eye mask.
Three of us were very comfortable (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs). The kitchen was well equipped including three options to make coffee (drip, k-cup, French press) although there are multiple options for good coffee within minutes, including Ladybird right downstairs.
Location was perfect. It is just a few blocks walk to the great 12 South area, and just a bit longer walk or very short drive to Melrose/8 S. Rideshare to Downtown/Broadway was less than $10 each way — cheaper than parking.
Hosts were very communicative and responsive through the app. We had a light bulb out, and it was replaced immediately. Would stay again!
