- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/night/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$ 60/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate. This fee unlocks the full Islander experience and includes the following: WIFI; self-parking; two (2) recyclable in-room bottled waters; Seaside Sports including PuttTek golf course, daily rental of bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards;  50% off admission to the on-site Florida Keys History and Discovery Center; fishing poles with bait for catch and release; pool & beach services/towels, activities/island delights; transportation within 1.5 miles of the Resort.

This 1042sf 2 King Beds Villa Preferred features:
- 1 King bed in bedroom 1;
- 1 King bed in bedroom 2;
- Large living area (with sofa bed);

- Gourmet Kitchens with Stainless Appliances and Granite Counters;
- Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Tableware, Pots, Pans, Blender and Toaster and many more small items;
- All linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!

Our family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:

PLEASE NOTE:
Starting April 21st, this resort will be cashless. All payments must be made by card or digital methods.

We do have dockage available for a fee at Bayside Villas. We allow boats up to 23 feet in length. We do not allow jet skis as the dockage is elevated. Trailer parking is available at the Islander Resort, as we only have sufficient parking for guest vehicles at Bayside Villas. All guests interested in booking dock space during their stay have to call the hotel directly to reserve their dock space.
