Parking: Three parking spots are available in the backyard for your unit. Please avoid parking in front of the garage apartment.

Backyard: The backyard is used for parking; there is no outdoor space.

Climate Control: the property has both central HVAC and mini split unit in some rooms .

Laundry: Washer and dryer are available

-The third-floor unit has a narrow staircase and a low ceiling.
-There are two mini fridges on the 1st and 2nd floors; no standard-sized fridge is available.
-This is an older building that has been renovated, but some details may still reflect its age and will not appear as brand new.
