Arode Kleiner Harzensfreund

Arode Apartment Kleiner Harzensfreund is a private apartment on the ground floor of an authentic half-timbered house, directly in the center of Sankt Andreasberg.

You enter a combined living room/bedroom with a double bed and a corner sofa that can also be used as a double sofa bed. There is a separate dining room with coffee bar, a complete kitchen and a semi-open bathroom with shower. There is also a hall for storage with a separate toilet.
The space
You enter through a shared entrance with Grosser Harzensfreund (on the upper floors). Kleiner Harzensfreund is located on the right side and is accessible via a lockable entrance door, so that other guests cannot enter your home.

You enter your apartment into the spacious 18 m2 combined living room/bedroom. Here you have access to a 160 cm wide box spring bed, as well as a corner sofa which you can also fold out into a 2-person 140 cm wide sofa bed. This room also houses the 46-inch LED TV with satellite reception and retro game console. Thanks to the wall bracket, the TV can also be rotated, so that you can watch it from the dining room, kitchen or bed.

Continuing towards the back you enter the dining room. Here is a large dining room table with 4 chairs and you will find a full coffee/tea bar. Even further back you enter the brand new and fully equipped kitchen, with 2-burner induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer), oven and sink. Next to the kitchen is the semi-open bathroom with shower and sink.

From the living room, next to the dining room, there is a hall with a separate toilet behind it. In the hall there is a coat rack and you have more than enough storage options for your clothes and suitcases. The ski depot is also located here for the winter months. The hall is so spacious that you could place the baby bed (if you need it) here.
Guest access
There is no outdoor space at Kleiner Harzensfreund.
Other things to pay attention to
You may briefly park the car on the other side of the street for loading and unloading. You can park behind the house, preferably at the 'Am Kirchplatz' car park 150 meters away or, if there is no more space, on the north side of Schulstrasse. See the map in the photos.
