Hyödyntäkää lomasi hyödyntämällä vertaansa vailla olevaa yksilöllistä palveluamme nauttien kaikista kodin mukavuuksista ja muusta tässä 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneistossa Mexico Cityn sydämessä. Omistaja on kaksikielinen yhdysvaltalainen ulkomaalainen, joka on asunut kaupungissa yhdeksän vuotta ja on päivystyksessä 24 tuntia vuorokaudessa tehdäksesi vierailustasi erityisen. Huoneisto sijaitsee palkittu osakehuoneistoyhteisössä Puerta Alameda. Kompleksissa on ovimiehiä ja turvallisuus ympäri vuorokauden, sekä mukavuuksia, kuten lämmitetty sisäuima-allas ja kuntosali, vieraille tarjolla oleva yrityskeskus, lasten viidakon kuntosalin leikkipaikka ja paljon muuta.

PRIME SIJAINTI:
Huoneisto on kävelyetäisyydellä, kävijöistä löytyy Paseo de la Reforma, Alaquedan puisto ja Palacio de Bellas Artes, Zocalo, Ciudadelan käsityömarkkinat ja useita tärkeitä museoita ja nähtävyyksiä. On kolme metrolinjaa, jotka ovat kivenheiton päässä. Kompleksi on vain 15 minuutin taksimatkan päässä Castillo de Chapultepecistä, ANTROPOLOGIAN KANSALLISESTA museosta ja muutamista muista museoista Parque Chapultepecissa.

Henkilökohtainen palvelumme alkaa hetkestä, kun saavut lentokentän noutotarjouksella kohtuulliseen hintaan. Kun olet kirjautunut sisään sisään condoon, sinulle tarjotaan vieraillemme kierros condo-monimutkaisissa tiloissa sekä ravintoloiden ja ruokakauppojen, apteekkien ja vastaavien osoittaminen. Joustavia sisään- / uloskirjautumisaikoja tarjotaan aina kun mahdollista. Yksityinen autopalvelu erittäin suositeltavan kaksikielisen kuljettajan kanssa on saatavana pyynnöstä erittäin kohtuulliseen hintaan.

MUKAVUUS / TARPEET:
Yksikkö on varustettu tyynynpäällisillä patjoilla, korkealaatuisilla lakanoilla, korkealaatuisilla pyyhkeillä, juomavedellä, jääkaapilla, liesi, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, DVD-televisio ja ilmastointi. Laitteessa on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja täysikokoinen kuivausrumpu. Nopea langaton internetyhteys tarjotaan huoneistossa. Laitteessa on myös ilmastointi. Huoneistossa on 30 jalkaa pitkä parveke, josta on 180 asteen näkymät kaupungin itään, etelään ja länteen.

ILMASTONVALVONTA - Huoneistossa on matala-E-ikkunat lattiasta kattoon, jotka pitävät huoneiston viileänä päivän aikana. Makuuhuoneessa on ilmastointilaite, joka pitää asunnon viileänä kuumimpana päivänä. Sää Meksikossa on yleensä leuto. Sadekaudella (touko-elokuu) kaupunki voi kuitenkin muuttua kosteaksi (muginen). Suhteellisen leudon ilmaston ja korkeiden sähkönkustannusten vuoksi on erittäin harvinaista löytää loma-asunto, jossa on ilmastointi.

Weekend in the city

The team at this property were great. Communication was on point from the very beginning and even offered airport pick up. Great area to stay, close to great restaurant, Alameda Park and Bella’s Artes. Will stay again here.

Great for exploring the city

This is a professionally managed property. We were texted a few days before our booking letting us know what to expect during check-in. The process was streamlined and convenient. We were given options for free cleaning throughout our stay, and our garbage was taken away daily. Despite this consistent service, privacy was never an issue and we always had plenty of notice. The apartment itself is accurately described: the kitchen is well-equipped but the small overall space and basic furnishing make it best suited for visitors who expect to spend most of their time out exploring the city. The central location makes many areas accessible, but can be a little loud late into the evening on weekends and holidays, even all the way up on the 12th floor. The views from the balcony and bedroom windows are quite beautiful.

Centrally located to lots of sights in colonia centro: zocalo paseo reforma museums, has easy access to the metro and shopping. Great balcony view. Would definitely go back.

It was well worth the price we paid and made more valuable with the hospitality demonstrated by both John and Emannuel. I would highly recommend renting with them.

Located within numerous eateries with fabulous views.

Very well maintained unit with all utilities included. Surrounded with numerous eateries. Carl Jr's to Prime Steak. Waling distance to one museum too. For the price it was wonderful.

Perfect location

Very secure location. Bruce was very accommodating when we had an issue with the washing machine flooding the floor. He was at our door in minutes after texting him the problem. Loved the nighttime view from the balcony!

Perfect spot to explore the downtown

Stayed with Bruce recently with my wife and my elderly mother. He was super great help picking us up on separate days at the airport and assisting in any way we wanted. Highly recommend you give him a call when you are looking for a safe clean apartment close to EVERYTHING... Would have stayed longer but he was booked the following week and we moved to the south side to be closer to friends. Mexico City has been one of the best vacations in my life... so much to see and do...so much still left over to see and do... maybe next time.

FANTASTC stay as always!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. As always Bruce was there to make it even more enjoyable. The appartment is a great place to stay and so central to everything. The balcony is to die for. We spend a lot of time out there sipping wine and admiring the view. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is a relief when the weather gets really hot. There is great ice cream just across the street call Garaffa! Try it out! We will be back soon for sure. Thanks Briuce!

Not the place for me! Could not sleep well

First the positive: 1. Perfect location 2. Safe 3. Great views 4. Alfredo and his team, will do everything in their power to help. Negatives: The AC is inadequate, and as a result, we were sweltering for three days, and unable to sleep well. The bathroom fittings were old and tatty.

Great apartment! Bring earplugs.

2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for our 2 week stay with a 7 year old. Beds are comfortable, location is great (1 block from Juarez metro stop). Apartment is clean and well stocked. View is amazing, and there's a little patio to sit and enjoy it from. Showers are hot and strong, though we found that we couldn't run them both at the same time. Internet access worked unfailingly. Maps and guidebooks were available. The area is noisy at night, and somehow the sound seems amplified on the 12th floor. Earplugs are a necessity even if you aren't a light sleeper. Bruce (the owner) was gone for the beginning of our stay, and we didn't get all the instructions we needed to operate the TV, dishwasher, etc (they are NOT obvious), or where to find the pool and garbage. The apartment wasn't stocked with toilet paper when we arrived either (there is a 7-11 on the corner for such emergencies), but I expect that that was unusual, and just a result of Bruce's absence. We were met at the airport by the friendly Ricardo who made traveling to the apartment a delight. We used him again for a short day trip and found him full of information and helpful suggestions. Not sure how soon we'll be back in Mexico City, but we would stay there again in a heartbeat, and will recommend it to anyone we know who is planning a trip.

Overall excellent - especially Bruce and his staff! Location and access to the Alameda was very convenient - only problem we had was with the hotel across the street - two nights of roof top parties - very loud and lasted till we’ll past 2am. Aside from that - would recommend!

Great spot for a Mexico City visit

Service was great, location was ideal, modern apartment with terrace and great window exposure. Apartment was very clean and well furnished, but the real top off was the location. Numerous restaurants on the entrance street and two to three blocks from a magnificent park and the beautiful Palacio de los Artes. On that same avenue are several get on get off tour buses and we followed our usual pattern, the first day we stayed on for all the stops and the second day got on and off at places we wanted. Costs are really low in Mexico and if visiting Mexico City this is the place to stay.

Fantastic service, secure, great location. Don't pass this place up. Teatro Bellass Artistas ballet is walking distance away. Ballet was awesome.

Great Location.

The staff was super helpful, and attentive. They corrected any issues promptly. They were VERY friendly and understanding. The help us with directions to any thing we asked, if not they found out and got us an answer very quickly. The property was well maintained, and very clean. We will definatly stay there when we go back to Mexico City.

Perfect México City location

Mexico City has so much to offer for travelers. It was easy to get to, inexpensive and safe. I had many reservations about this trip but loved this city. The condo is safe with the added security of a doorman. The condo location was perfect for exploring the city. We used the Metro, bus, Uber and walked. The traffic was often our guide to which mode of transportation we used. We were very pleased with our rental experience. Patty and Ricardo were our main contacts. She was there to get us checked in after we arrived. Our plane was delayed 3 hours due to snow and a missed connection. Ricardo helped with organizing airport transfers. I used WhatsApp to communicate our delays and everyone was there to take care of us. We arranged airport transportation through the rental and were very pleased with our transfers. Patty borrowed us her Metro/bus card. We just loaded the card and used it. The card can be used for two people by tapping and handing off to your travel partner. If your not a mass transit person Uber rides from this location were very cheap and removed the language barrier and money issues of taxis. If you are a swimmer bring a cap and goggles. Patty offered to bring me these items but I honestly didn’t have time to swim. We did not have issues with A/C or noise except one night we heard a party but I travel with ear plugs and only used them that one time. We loved sitting out on the patio taking in the view of the city. I read a isolated poor review days before leaving for this trip which made me nervous but I am happy to report we were completely satisfied with the rental. Finally, day trips with Ricardo Ramirez! This is not how we usually travel but I highly recommend any of his guided tours. We did two day trips. I want to go back to Mexico City for a few more of his tours. This rental was perfect for our first trip to Mexico City. Gracias

The apartment is located in the award winning condominium community Puerta Alameda which provides excellent security staring with access to the building being limited to residents with magnetic security cards to the enter the building (Magnetic security cards provide to our guests during their stay) . Once entering the building there are doormen and security is provided 24/7.

Our personalized service starts the moment you arrive with airport pickup. We also offer our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies and such. Flexible check in and check out hours are offered whenever possible. The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Crafts Market and several major museums and attractions. Two subway lines and the Mexico City Turibus line are a stone’s throw away. A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates.
