Cozy stay close to Disney

Perfect size for our family of 4. The kids loved the lofted area in their bedroom and the pool is always a win. The house is close to shops and the parks. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!

Air hockey table was a huge hit!

We loved the home and pool and appreciated all of the small details, like the Disney decor. Our kids adored the bedroom set ups and decor. The pool was perfect.

Great place!

Patsy was so kind getting us set up for our stay here, and quick to communicate when messaged! The house is cute and comfy. My toddler absolutely loved the kids room and my teenager enjoyed the pirate themed room. The pool is beautiful and very nice! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

Lovely Stay & Great Location

The property is great, just as pictured, and wonderful for families with little kids. Comfortable beds and the kids absolutely loved the loft room. There is an alarm on the sliding glass door to alert adults if a child goes out to the pool area. The best part of our stay was our host, Pat. Unforeseen circumstances affected our travel plans and she was so kind and accommodating. Great communication from start to finish!

The best spot ever!!!

Pool, secluded, close to everything! It was one of the best vacations ever. My family visited from Europe and we stayed in this lovely house for 5 days. It's 10min away from disney and 30min away from SeaWorld and universal studios. After a long day in the park, you can relax in quiet and make some barbecue. Thank you so much Pat and her family for everything. This place is now saved as my favorite and will always stay here from now on when staying in Orlando.

Great place to go with kids

We had an incredible Disney vacation at this house. The owner did an incredible job taking into account the needs of any parent with young kids. The house has toys, Disney decorations all around and a wonderful pool. We had an small problem with the refrigerator and the owner took care immediately. Communication was so great! If we come back yo Disney we will remember this house. Thanks!

Excellent Place for families!

We were so pleased with this house. Very clean. Had everything you needed to enjoy yourselves, down to beach towels and pool toys!!! Home was well maintained and is exactly what it shows in the photos. The kids' room with the loft is such a wonderful touch. You simply cannot beat having your own home to relax in after a long day at the parks. Very close to everything. Priced so fair--that's what hooked me! We'll definitely be back!!!

Great

The owner was fantastic and communicated Everytime we had a question. The home was very clean and there were clear rules and instructions. My 3 year old daughter loved the room. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed staying each day. Overall everything was perfect. Would recommend. We definitely would like to book another stay. Thank you again to the homeowner.

Fun Family Home Close to Disney

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our kids loved all the little touches that catered to them (especially the loft and pool). It is a nice neighborhood and is a quick, easy trip to all the Disney Parks. Definitely recommend it!

Lovely Place, Good Location

Lovely villa and really enjoyed the stay. Was nice having our own pool, don’t need a heater as it was a great temperature (Mid July Visit). Perfect size for 2 parents, a 20 yr old and a 15 yr old. Location was good but without a car you would be stranded. Would recommend and stay there again. Only improvement would be the TV for the evenings as the reception was hit and miss due to the TV antenna. There was options to watch Roxi and some other channels but would have preferred normal US channels. Except from that which is extremely minor as you are out and about most of the time it was a great accommodation. 4.9/5 stars. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your villa.

Dunbars do Florida

The property was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and well layed out. It had everything that you would have needed. It was a home from home. The local shops and resteraunts, Disney & Seaworld etc where within a short drive and the gated community was very freindly. The pool is larger than it looks and the kids loved it. The instructions and details on entry etc where spot on. Thank you for allowing us to share your home. We will definately be back. Kind regards The Dunbar Family.

Great location for Disney

Perfect villa for our Orlando stay, really close to Disney which enabled us to avoid paying out for a rental car for the 10 days we stayed - we used Lyft the whole time instead. The property was in a lovely quiet gated area with a great pool with plenty of space for the family to spread out. The evenings were so peaceful sitting outside watching the sun go down with a drink or two. The kids absolutely loved their bedroom / play room and were very sad to leave. I would definitely book this property again if we decide to visit Disney again.

The Perfect Location

Patsy's house is the perfect location for a Disney vacation! For the second year in a row we brought our grandkids down from NC and WI and stayed here! Location is so close at night you hear fireworks from Magic Kingdom. Close to Publix and Target. The pool and entire house was awesome and communication is top notch!

The Perfect Location

As the title states it was a perfect location, for the parks, shopping and food and for R & R. Only downside my partner had to do some cleaning as not satisfied upon arrival but apart from that 5*****. Thank you again Patsy.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was convenient to Disney World and many restaurants and shopping. We loved the pool at the end of a long day at Disney. The home was well equipped and had lots of things for a child. If you like firm mattresses, you will like the beds. Unfortunately we are soft bed people and it took a few days to adjust. Our only complaint would be that the fridge and freezer did not work.

Bill and I have three grown children which are all married. We have eight (update 10) grandchildren. We enjoy boating, swimming and camping as a family. Bill is a builder and enjoys wood working projects ie. remodeling homes and building boats.

When we were looking for a vacation rental in the Kissimmee FL area, we wanted to be close to the theme parks so the family could come visit and have many things to do. We were first looking at condos, but our agent didn't think they were right for us. He was right! He said he thought we would enjoy our private pool since we were planning to spent a lot of time at our home with family and friends. It is nice not to have to pack up and walk to a pool every time we want to swim. We also like the fact that we are very close to shopping, restaurants, mini golf, Disney World and many other theme parks. We find it nice to go to the parks for a few hours, come home for meals and let kids nap or rest then go back for evening activities.

We have some very good neighbors in Sunset Lakes that we enjoy seeing when we get down to FL. We enjoy evening walks around the community and bike rides with the family when they are with us. One grandson loves to fish (catch and release), others enjoy swimming in our pool, riding their bikes and just playing with games and things at the house.
