NOTE: Please be aware that we do not allow heavy-duty equipment, boats, RVs, or similar large vehicles on the property.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is available starting at 4 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11 AM. This schedule helps us ensure that each guest arrives to a perfectly prepared home.
No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free environment. We ask our guests to respect this rule for the comfort and health of all future guests.
Pet Policy: Small pets are welcome! We do require a non-refundable fee for pet guests. Please inform us about your pet when booking.
Guest Limitation: To ensure the comfort and security of our space, only guests registered during booking are allowed on the property. No extra guests are permitted.
Neighborhood Courtesy: Our home is located in a family-friendly neighborhood. We ask our guests to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Parking: Parking is available for up to two cars. If you require additional parking, please reach out to us in advance so we can accommodate your request.

We're huge fans of furry companions! Bring along your beloved dog for an extra fee of $100 per each dog, which is non-refundable. Have more than one four-legged friend? Just give us a heads-up, and we'll do everything we can to make your stay as paws-itively perfect as possible! Keep in mind that there will be an additional charge of $100 for each additional dog if approved. And to keep things neat, please remember not to let them on the furniture. Don't worry, we've got you covered with dedicated bowls for your furry friends and towels for any paw prints.

1. SELF CHECK-IN: This property utilizes an electronic keypad for self-check-in. The Host will provide you with a code to access the property. By making a reservation, you certify that you are willing and able to follow the provided instructions and agree to abide by all property rules.
2. SOCIAL FUNCTIONS: Parties, gatherings, events, etc., are prohibited and will result in the removal of all persons by law enforcement and cancellation without refund. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED
3. QUIET HOURS & NOISE: The property is in a residential area; quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM Eastern Standard Time.
4. OCCUPANCY & GUESTS:
Proof of ID: A government-issued ID of the primary Guest that made or booked the reservation is required upon booking. The primary Guest must be at least 25 years old unless they are military personnel, in which case proof of military status must be provided to the host upon booking. By making a reservation, the Guest agrees to send a photo of their government-issued ID to the host within 1 hour of reservation. The primary guest making the reservation must be an occupant of the property through the duration of the reservation and until check-out.
The primary Guest agrees to declare all accompanied guests to the Host upon making the reservation.
There will be an additional fee of $150 per person per day if exceeding the occupancy limit.
Guests must have a valid phone number (no “virtual” phone numbers or similar will be accepted).
Local guests must communicate with the host prior to making a reservation.
Guests looking to make a reservation of 20 days or more must check in with the Host prior to making a reservation.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in automatic cancellation without any refunds.
5. CHECK-IN:
Anytime after 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Early Check-In: If approved, requests must be submitted to the host at least 2 days prior to check-in. There is an additional "early check-in" fee of $100, and the earliest check-in time is 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. If early check-in hasn’t been approved, the guest(s) shall not enter the property while other guests and/or cleaners are still at the property.
6. CHECK OUT:
Anytime Before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
Late Check-Out: If approved, requests must be submitted to the host at least 2 days prior to check-out. There is an additional "late check-out" fee of $100, and the latest check-out time is 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
Unauthorized late check-out: There will be a $50 late check-out fee. If the guest continues to occupy the property for 1 hour past the check-out time, there will be an additional fee of $200 plus any cancellation fees or refunds given to the next guest due to the inability to access the property. This is not an award for staying longer; it is a penalty for unauthorized late check-out. If the guest continues to hold the property, a premium daily rate of $500 per day applies for each day the guest doesn’t vacate, starting from the original check-out date. Additionally, the guest will incur costs for eviction, including but not limited to legal fees and any other associated fees.

7. REFUND POLICY:
Travel insurance is recommended, as there is a strict NO refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, including those due to health conditions, weather conditions, water conditions (such as cold water or red tide), transportation issues, road conditions, or any other unforeseeable event or act of god not under Host’s control.
Changing your booking date may not be possible or approved. However, if approved by the Host, booking date changes will be subject to a $50 charge for each date change. Differences in rates due to date changes will not be refunded; if rates are higher, the guest will be charged.
Travel insurance is especially recommended if your stay coincides with Florida's hurricane season, which occurs annually from June 1 through November 30.
8. PROPERTY CONDITION:
If you notice something unsuitable upon arrival, please take a picture and inform us. By addressing this complaint, you authorize the host and/or its representatives to enter the property and resolve the issue to your standards. We do not need permission to access the property if there is something unsuitable that requires remedy.
