Additionally, the property owner's vehicle is parked in the garage. However, driveway parking is allowed for 1 vehicle. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit in the assigned space, you may be turned away and unable to check in.
Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.
