Enjoy an amazing location in the heart of beautiful Loveland. This home is centrally located within Loveland and on the Front Range if you are passing through Loveland, visiting Estes Park, or just enjoying Colorado. Steps from Dutch Bros, and close to the lovely downtown area of Loveland with lots of shopping and dining. If you want to cook at home in the bright and spacious kitchen, Sprouts, Safeway and Natural Grocers are minutes away. This is a duplex, so if you are traveling with another family or need additional, yet separate space, this is a great solution! Constant us for details.
Pets: This unit is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced yard perfect for dogs. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the fee in included in your quote when selecting "yes" to pets. If you have more than one dog, please contact us.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the back and it is large enough to park a trailer, camper, or motorhome.
This charming home is over 100 years old but modern amenities abound. If you are traveling for work we provide a working space in the dining area with WiFi running 75 MBps. There is a full, spacious kitchen and eating area. Washer and dryer in unit. We provide a lot of board games, fun books, and a 85" smart TV is in place for your viewing pleasure along with a quality sound system with a woofer!
The space comfortably hosts 8 guests with a fold-out couch in the family room area for some extra sleeping space.
Black-out curtains provide light-extinguishing sleeping environments and the loft has a noise machine as well.
Please note that this home is located off a busy street so the loft sleeping area located at the front of the home can be a little noisier than the back room.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Great stay

We came to see friends in Fort Collins but wanted to check out the Mountains too- the house is located in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Total bonus that the house is walking distance to cute shops and restaurants in Loveland and there was a grocery store two blocks away. The neighborhood is working class and has a strong undercurrent of artistic expression- I felt safe walking around although there was a lot of homeless people around, more than I’m used to, but they weren’t threatening or anything, it was just noticeable. Overall I would recommend and if I go out that way again would be very inclined to stay there again. The host even had board games and Lego kits to keep us engaged as a family- loved that.

Property is in a great location. Walking distance to a grocery store and several fast food spots and a few restaurants. Our pups had a fenced in yard to play and the home has plenty of room.

Great spot for us

This was a great spot and location for us. There were enough amenities for everyone and plenty of room. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as i forgot mine! The host responded quickly to any questions we had. The house was easy to find with good parking off the street. Id suggest bringing extra blankets, as there were enough blankets, but not extras. We hope to make this our annual go-to when visiting Loveland.

The photos do not match! The bathroom has nails that are rusted in the walls, flooring is bad! Almost every room in this house you have to step up or down to get to. The fluorescent lights have no covers. It’s down the street from where all the homeless go to sleep. It’s a duplex and you can hear everything! The house needs a lot of work,it is way overpriced. It’s ghetto, advertising says I could sleep all 6 guests, you can’t. The pull out bed had no sheets or any in the closet. There was 1 extra blanket for 8 guests. The management company was very quick and friendly if I could rate higher for them I would. There’s expandable foam exposed in the laundry room, the house smells old and musty. I couldn’t get WiFi to work just no. Not again I’ll stay at a hotel for cheaper next time.

Cute house, but had some problems

The house is cute and has room for 3 couples to stay in rooms and 1 couple to stay in the living room. It has enough room for eight to enjoy it comfortably. Unfortunately the toilet was broken when we got there and if it wasn't for my husband being a MacGyver we would have had to reach into the reservoir every time to flush. Also there were only 3 coffee cups for 8 people and 4 wine glasses. The back door knob out of one of the bedrooms was broken, as was the back door automatic lock. It was unfortunate because it should have been a great house. It is a nice location in a cute town.

Awesome place! 5⭐️

Awesome place. It had everything we needed and more - great value for the money. My husband loved the HUGE TV! Next time we’re visiting Loveland we’ll bring our dog, the fenced in yard is perfect for him. This property was super clean and spacious, and the location was perfect for us – close to everything. We loved being able to walk to Dutch Bros every morning for coffee. The owners were responsive and helpful, overall it was a great stay.
