The smart TV ensures you can stay up-to-date on all of your favorite TV shows, and the sofa extends into additional sleeping arrangements if needed. The kitchenette is composed of a microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge.

The large bathroom boasts both a soaking tub and walk-in shower, as well as a large vanity to get ready at each morning. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the apartment's interior perks.

Nestled practically next door to your stay is Exall Park. Within quick driving distance, be sure to visit the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, the Majestic Theater, the Dallas Downtown Historic District, the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, and of course, a plethora of eateries and shops.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
