Welcome to your own private, cozy studio in the historic 1750 John Sullivan House, right in the heart of downtown Newport on iconic Thames Street. This charming second-floor studio offers the perfect blend of character, comfort, and convenience, ideal for anyone looking to settle in and experience the best of Newport living.

Step outside and you’re just a short walk from everything downtown has to offer: boutique shops, top-rated restaurants, King Park Beach, and famous attractions like The Elms Mansion (featured in HBO/MAX’s The Gilded Age), the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and the art and history museums of Bellevue Avenue.
Inside, you’ll find everything designed for easy, comfortable living:
