Welcome to Grandview Oasis, a luxurious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf-front condo located on the SECOND FLOOR, designed for the ultimate beachfront escape. Accommodating up to 9 guests, this haven ensures comfort and flexibility for your group.

The open-concept living area showcases Gulf views, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen invites culinary adventures, while the dining area offers a perfect setting for shared meals and memories.

Retreat to the master suite with a king bed, or the second bedroom featuring another king bed, both providing private spaces of relaxation. The third bedroom is designed for versatility with a twin over full bunk bed, ideal for families or larger groups.

Step onto the private balcony to savor the Gulf breeze and witness stunning sunsets over the horizon. Grandview Oasis offers direct beach access, allowing you to enjoy the sugary sands and emerald waters at your doorstep. Family Beach Trip

We had a great time here. Loved the big balcony, and spacious living room with list of seating. First time visiting and will hopefully be back.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful place and the beach could not be more perfect. We were not overwhelmed with people and the condo was more than we could have imagined. It is bigger than it looked online and had plenty of room for our 7 people. The master bathroom was huge with seperate toilet and the view from master bedroom was spectacular! The bedroom with the bunk bed was not very spacious but served the purpose. And the kitchen was really nice with lots of storage space for food. We will be back!!! Definately worth the money if on the beach is what you want! 10 of 10 approved!!

Wonderful place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a rough start to vacation with my daughter having an emergency appendectomy on Sunday, we were able to enjoy the beauty of this condo! The views are breathtaking, the condo was beautiful, and very clean. I recommend renting from Blue Swell when you visit, but for sure stay at Grandview East. The only issue we had was with handicap parking. There is no handicap parking under the condo itself, they do make you park across the street and walk.
