Enjoy having lake access and use of the large concrete dock. The dock has a swimming area, 12’x30’ covered boat slip and one jet ski lift. The walkway from the house to the dock is a series of switchbacks, with a steep grade. You should be aware it is a hike and may not be accessible for the elderly or those with mobility or heart issues. If you are bringing your own boat with a trailer, you must inform the property manager before booking. They will share the options to store your trailer during your stay since the subdivision covenant does not allow trailers. If you have any questions or concerns about the use of the boat dock, the steep incline, or bringing a boat, please do not hesitate to ask questions prior to booking.
