When you return to your stay, continue to enjoy the sunshine while firing up the shared gas grill on the screened patio.

Inside, modern living quarters await your enjoyment. The open living room, dining area, and kitchenette maximize special moments with your loved ones. The kitchenette's stainless steel appliances and dishwasher lend themselves to small meals at home and leftover food storage. A smart TV and sofa bed are available in the living room.

Down the hall, a bedroom is adorned with soft linens and central air-conditioning. The bathroom is just as impressive with its walk-in shower and sizable vanity. A private washer/dryer and a collection of board games round out the interior amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
