A very safe and quiet neighborhood with the kindest neighbors. Sloans Lake is a mere 2 miles away - a perfect spot to catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking the city.

Super convenient to grab food as there is a cute coffee shop (Bardo) within walking distance, and a quick 5min drive will bring you to Edgewater Public Market where you can find ramen, empanadas, ice cream, newly opened shake shack(!!) and more. Tennyson Street is nearby, which is super charming, with many boutiques and restaurants.
