Our home is the perfect destination and close proximity to all attractions and beaches! Upon arrival, you will be instantly charmed by this carefully designed piece of paradise. The completely renovated 3-bedroom saltbox with welcoming spaces, all new furniture, and decor boasts a fenced private yard with a deck & patio, fire pit, & outdoor shower. Take a short walk to Swan Pond & enjoy the provided kayaks or take a stroll on the boardwalk. 6 beach chairs are included!
LIVING SPACE
Get comfortable on the cozy couch and enjoy a movie night on the new 55" HD SmartTV. You can log in to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, AppleTV, and all your other favorite apps right from the TV. Enjoy a lovely dinner with room for 6 at the kitchen table or out on the patio.
DEDICATED WORKSPACE
We have a new dedicated workstation in the upstairs bedroom away from the hustle and bustle of friends and family!
KITCHEN
Let your culinary creativity run wild in the brand-new remodeled kitchen with custom wood cabinetry, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, and a coastal fish-scale backsplash. The large, double-door fridge has plenty of space for all your ingredients and drinks. The 4-burner electric stove and oven make it easy to prepare your favorite dishes for the whole group (or cook outside on the new gas grill!). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
BEDROOMS
Call it a night and retire to one of the three cozy bedrooms; two are equipped with a new queen bed and soft bedding, and the other bedroom has two new twin beds; all mattresses are 12" medium firmness. All bedrooms have a closet and dresser to store your wardrobe and linens are provided. (Hosts provide one (1) set of bed linens per bed per stay. If you require additional bed linens, kindly bring your own.)
BATH
Freshen up in the nautical-inspired bathrooms. The full bath features Public Goods (organic and sulfate and paraben-free) shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the dispenser and features a comfortable tiled shower tub, polished chrome hardware, and marble flooring. The half bath features custom woodwork & signature octopus wallpaper you'll love! One (1) bath towel and one (1) hand towel is provided per guest). If you require additional towels, kindly bring your own. There is also a new washer & dryer in the house.
Beach towels are not provided and bath towels are not to leave the house or to be used at the beach. Thank you for understanding.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
If you're not eating out at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby, cook a meal on the new gas grill (2024) and eat on the dock-inspired deck.
6 backpack-style beach chairs, two origami kayaks, and a cooler are provided. Swan Pond beach area and boardwalk are at the end of the road.
PARKING
Easy, free parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway and 1-2 cars on the street.

CLEANING
Our home is carefully cleaned between each stay. We work with a small, family-run company on Cape Cod and as hosts have opted-in to Airbnb's "Living Wage Pledge". This means we recognize how important our cleaners' work is for our property, and your experience, and are fairly compensated.
