The unit accommodates only 6 people (including children of all ages) per the HOA regulations.  If you have more people, you will not be able to check-in, and your money will not be refunded. What's nearby: Located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, this condo is right on the surf and sand, where you can find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle sailing, and many other exciting beach activities!  Less than a mile away is the amazing St. Andrews State Park.  Many local favorite restaurants close by, like Schooners, Hammer Head Freds, and Captain Andersons.  Also close by are several family-friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, miniature golf, Zoo World, and Wonder Works.
