Clean and modern apartment in a unique 4-unit property located in the charming village of Fairport! Just a short walk to restaurants, the popular Iron Smoke Distillery, and breweries like Faircraft Brewhaus and Triphammer, all part of the newly renovated Cannery Plaza on our street.

*There is a family that lives on site as well as another single tenant, so please be mindful that although your space is yours, the premises are utilized by others as well. Noise does travel between units, so please be mindful of that.

*We’re right in the vicinity (and earshot) of train tracks that are active during the day and at night providing some beautiful and nostalgic “white noise” at all times of day

*Lastly, in the Spring and Summer months, we tend to see some ants making their way indoors. We do treat the interior and exterior regularly, but they can be stubborn creatures. Please let us know in advance if you have any questions about this.

Our team is available by phone, text or booking platform. Our preferred mode of communication is via the booking platform you have selected. Several of us help to manage the communication so to ensure our most prompt response time, platform messaging is the way to go.

As far as physical interactions, we like to provide privacy. On the off chance that something requires attention or maintenance during your stay, we may either address it personally or send one of our maintenance team members to promptly resolve the issue.
The Village of Fairport is renowned in Rochester for its beautiful Canalside location. Visit the canal for a jog or walk, dine at on of the area restaurants, or grab a brew at one of the 3 area-famous breweries nearby!

The property is part of a 4-Unit home and you will be sharing the driveway and porch area with our long-term tenants so parking spaces are assigned. Please be respectful of the residents and tenants.

Short drive to Target, Wegmans & Walgreens.
