Located in Coligny Villas, this villa comes complete with the HH Island Rentals Advantage which includes 4 beach chairs, a beach cart and 6 beach towels. A peaceful location in the heart of it all. Just steps from Coligny Plaza, this updated 3 bed 2.5 bath villa will be your favorite place to stay. Upgraded throughout, this villa is just a short walk to the beach, Low Country Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants and grocery.
The Space:
When you enter this unit you will immediately enjoy the view of the green space courtyard and your own patio. This lushly landscaped complex includes a large pool complete with loungers for enjoying the SC sun. The unit includes an outdoor dining area, propane grill and private balconies off two of the three bedrooms.
The living area features ample seating for your entire party and a flat screen smart tv. Upgraded internet and cable are included free of charge. The dining area features seating for four and is adjacent to the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen includes stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main floor also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Up the stairs to the 2nd level, there is a guest bedroom with a king size bed, a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and work desk, and a guest bath. Up the stairs to the 3rd level is the main bedroom featuring a king sized bed with a separate bath and workspace. Enjoy the views from the main and guest bedrooms with their own private balconies. All of the bedrooms have their own TVs.
This villa is just a short walk to Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Low Country Celebration Park. Parking is provided directly in front of the unit for one car and guest parking is provided on an as available basis.
