The Space:
The contemporarily furnished suite with 2 bedrooms has HDTV in the living area and master bedroom, floor-to-ceiling windows to fill space with light, room-darkening shades to sleep well, a fully equipped kitchen, and free Wi-Fi.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the community area available for the residents only, a children's playground, basketball court, swimming pool, gym, and private parking space. Besides that, there is a variety of restaurants and cafes right across the street and Ain Dubai.

For your convenience, airport pick-up and drop-off services are available upon request or can be purchased as part of a package. Additionally, there are several other easy and reliable ways to get around:
- Taxi and Ride-Sharing Services: Applications like Careem, Yango, and Uber are widely available and offer a convenient way to travel around Dubai.
- Dubai RTA Metro: The nearest metro station, DMCC Metro Station, is just a short drive away, providing efficient links to various parts of the city, including key attractions and business districts.
We encourage you to explore Dubai using any of these convenient options to make the most of your stay!
Other Things to Note:
We're excited to welcome you to our home! This property is a registered holiday home apartment. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines.
- Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an additional cost.
- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A fine of 2000 AED will be charged for smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, if available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.
- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
- All primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and inventory checklist prior to check-in. Additionally, a refundable security deposit must be paid after booking and before check-in.
- Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. While we always aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, these amenities are not under our direct control, and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
- Please be aware that Dubai is constantly evolving, which may involve ongoing construction or renovations within the community or even within our building. This could potentially cause disruptions during your stay.
- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries to make your arrival more comfortable. Please note that items like cooking condiments, cleaning products, and extra toiletries are not stocked in the apartment. We recommend planning accordingly for these essentials during your stay.
- Please let us know in advance if you require a check-in outside of our standard hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Additional fees may apply.
- If you wish to request a late checkout, please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact your agent at least 24 hours in advance to discuss.
