Located in the sought-after area of Griffintown, this magnificent apartment includes a closed bedroom, a sofa, and a modern bathroom, thus being able to accommodate 2 people in complete comfort.
This hotel-style apartment is fully furnished and includes all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just bring your clothes!
More specifically, the apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. The generously sized bedroom has a large, cozy bed and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. Even pillows, bedding, towels, dishes, and utensils are provided!
For convenience, the rental price also includes high-speed Internet, electricity, hot water, and heating. In addition, it is a safe building and you can reach the reception of the building 24 hours a day. Access to Netflix and more than 50 television channels are at your disposal.
The Pet fee is $45 per stay.
