This stunning beach cottage has a stainelss steel side by side Frigidaire refrigerator, and a stovetop/range/oven. All the utensils and cookware for the makings of a gourmet meal or an easy peasy salad and sandwich. The two spacious bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed with high-end mattresses, ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of seaside adventures. One full bathroom with a shower/tub, and a shower in the garage to rinse off the salt water from a day in the sun and surf.

Step outside to breathe in the salty sea air and soak up the breathtaking views of the intercoastal waterway, where kayaking awaits just moments from your doorstep. As the sun rises over the beach, enjoy a stroll along the shore or indulge in some early morning surfing before the day begins.

This adorable house/ we call the "Cottage" was built in 1956 and we were lucky enough to be the second-occupied owner over 10 years ago when we purchased the home. One of the daughters attended New Smyrna Beach High school and surfed competitively, and the other daughter worked summers at Marine Discovery Center summer camp. Celebrations, family gatherings, and countless meals have been served and shared in the bamboo and oak-shaded oversized backyard and inside on the large round dining table and breakfast nook on barstools. Lots of parties, sleepovers, and quiet stays have been enjoyed here. The large fenced yard makes it a paradise haven for our pet dogs and cat.

We have enjoyed and you will also Kayaking, fishing, and watching fantastic sunsets await across the street on the intercoastal. A 5 minute walk or 1 minute car ride at the end of the beach ramp access street. There is always surf pumping at the inlet and our beach ramp. Biking or walking to dinner is 10 minutes away, and grocery and necessity shopping is a 10 min drive. We are conveniently located one hour from Cape Canaveral and 20 minutes from Daytona Beach, day trips to Mount Dora, Deland and Orlando for more adventure are within an hour drive.
