This two-story home is conveniently located about a mile west of central Bradenton. If you're looking to hit the beach, you're in luck. You'll be close to both Anna Maria Island (eight miles) and Bradenton Beach (nine miles), with a supply of beach gear provided at the house for your use.
A highlight of this home is its beautiful outdoor space, the perfect spot for everything from pre-beach breakfasts in the balmy Florida breeze to alfresco dinners beneath the trees at golden hour. Enjoy an outdoor kitchen for open-air cooking, space to dine on both the deck and shaded patio, and a selection of lawn games for your entertainment.
Built in 1939, the home radiates old-world charm throughout its interior, from the beamed ceilings to the inviting gathering spaces. There's so much space for relaxing and reconnecting, between a living room with a smart TV, a family room with foosball and air hockey, a luxe eat-in kitchen (complete with double ovens, other stainless steel appliances, and a large island), and a formal dining room.
Of the bedrooms, one is on the main floor and three - including a primary suite - are upstairs. Additional home comforts include a Pack-N-Play, central air, a laundry room, and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
