Tämä on Crescent Beachin eteläpäässä Marco-saarella. Tämä on suora rannalla sijaitseva ylimmän kerroksen yksikkö, jolla on yli 1700 neliömetriä. Makuuhuoneessa on uusi Kingsdown King-size-vuode, uusi 32 tuuman taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin, lipastot ja walk-in-vaatekaappi. Suuressa kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja erillinen suihkukaappi, kaksi pesuallasta, vaatekaappi ja erillinen turhamaisuus.
Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erityisen pitkää parivuodetta, uusi 24 tuuman taulutelevisio, DVD-soitin ja kaksi erillistä kaapia. Vieraskylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi.
Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla uusilla KitchenAid-suunnittelijalaitteilla ja kalusteilla, kuten sähköliesi, kiertouuni ja konvektiomikroaaltouuni. Laitteen sisällä on myös uusi täysikokoinen pyykinpesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Ruokasalissa ja olohuoneessa on uusi 48 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on Blu-Ray-soitin ja märkäbaari. Denissä on queen-size-vuodesohva, tietokonealue tulostimella, TV DVD: llä ja aamiaishuone.

A stay!

My family and I have been vacationing in Marco Island for over 10 years and this by far has been the nicest apartment we’ve stayed at. Gene and Cynthia were great hosts, always accessible, and incredibly attentive. We will definitely reserve their apartment for future vacations.

Perfect!! I don't have a single thing to complain about this property or the hosts. Gene was immediately available if I needed anything. I only had to call once, though, because everything went so smoothly. So many extras, from sunglasses to fishing equipment to extra bags to collect seashells. It truly felt like home away from home! The air conditioning was great, and the beach, of course, was beautiful. Many great places to eat and shop, many within walking distance. Great location!

Lovely vacation spot

We had a wonderful week! The view was amazing and it had everything we could possibly need and more. A true home away from home. We slept comfortably, had plenty of space to play games and watch movies with our adult children on the rainy days and enjoyed walking and playing on the beach on the sunny ones. Excellent location and beautiful condominium. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Didn't want to leave!

This was my 3rd stay at beautiful Somerset 807. The first time I was with two girlfriends, the second time I surprised my mother for her 80th with my Aunt and cousin as well, and this latest trip was with four girlfriends. Each visit was perfect! The condo is clean, spacious, and the owners have everything and above what you would need to enjoy your stay. The sunsets from the large beachfront balcony were awesome! The owners are so friendly and they will share their tips on places to eat and where to go. I cannot wait to go back!!

Everything and then some!

What a fantastic condo! Never have I been to a rental with so many amenities. The owners provide an extremely well stocked condo with just about everything from bicycles, golf clubs and tennis rackets to beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. In addition, the kitchen was furnished with everything imaginable. The owners made the whole process so easy & I fact, I even consulted the owners on buying a place in the building! We will definitely rent this condo again

A Week in Paradise

What a truly amazing vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable and the most well stocked of any condo we have ever visited. The view from the front balcony was amazing - the beautiful sunsets were truly magnificent. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. If you are interested in water sports, there are waverunners, kayaks, parasailing and boat tours right on the beach close to the condo. If you prefer "pooling" it, there is a heated pool for you to enjoy. The owners also provide golf clubs, tennis rackets, beach chairs and toys and bicycles. Marco Island is very clean, well manicured and quiet. We hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely Perfect!

This 8 th floor condo is perfect! The view is outstanding! It has everything you could need for an awesome vacation-beautiful,quiet beach, beach chairs ,towels and just steps away from the beach. The 2 pools are heated with plenty of lounge chairs and never crowded. Inside, you will find everything you could need in a well stocked kitchen with plenty of space . There are 2 balconies so you can watch the sunrise from one and sunset from the other! I enjoyed the soaking tub after our long walks on the beach. It was convenient to have the locker on the ground floor to store all the beach stuff so you didn’t have to carry it back and forth. Somerset is easy to get in and out of and close to everything but not in the middle of the busier area. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Right on the beach

We enjoyed our time at this condo. We did have a ceiling fan lose a blade but found the owner responsive and very kind. She actually had a spare part and my husband fixed it. The condo complex was very safe; had to swipe to get into complex, in and out of the beach walk way. I did appreciate that but wish we could have gotten more than two keys to help with all the back and forth with teenager and younger child wanting to go to and from pool, etc. The condo itself is very large. We found the beds to be comfortable, which is my number one worry every time I VRBO. Another great thing was there was lots of detergent, extra towels, Kleenex, even showering products and sunscreen which came in useful. The place is very dated/old, which we could see by the pictures. However, I do hope they work on the grouting in the master bathroom (floor and shower) as it was dirty and would come out as you even walked on it. Overall, I would come back here to this condo based on location, size, and the owner being easy to deal with.

Excellent relaxing vacation spot

We have stayed in several locations on Marco Island in the past and this property ranks high on our list. We loved the balconies on the west and east side of the condo. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the spacious unit. The owners were great to work with and have done a great job in renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great stay

Great stay in a great property. We have visited Marco many times and this is our favorite place to stay. Owner and manager are very responsive and easy to deal with. Property is an ideal location and well supplied. Very clean and well kept. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great condo, great location, great owners

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The owners were very communicative and responsive during our stay (including mailing back a cell phone we inadvertently left behind). Watching dolphins every day from our balcony was fantastic, matched only by when we ventured down to the beach and got within 25 feet or so of them swimming in the surf. The condo was comfortable, clean, and one of the largest 2 bedrooms we have stayed in with the separate front office area (which also had another 4 person table, full desk, and couch). The condo also was one of the most appointed we have ever been to - the owners thought of everything from a basket of sunscreen, to any kitchen tool you could imagine, to beach toys/chairs/shade - and anything else we needed. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend for a family looking to have a wonderful week!

Peaceful and fabulous!

This is the perfect vacation home. The view of the beach is stunning. The sunsets gorgeous. We had such a wonderful stay. The condo is huge and clean. The kitchen fully stocked. I was also so amazed by how generous the owners are with extra amenities in case you forgot something. We cannot wait to come back!

The Somerset is located on perhaps the best location on Marco Island's Crescent Beach. it is well within walking distance to great Restaurants, a Movie Theater, Comedy Club, Convenience Stores, Gas Station, Marina, and plenty of Shops. But best of all, it's only an elevator ride to the Beach!
