Business Bay is one of Dubai’s swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone’s throw from Dubai’s quintessential ‘it’ neighborhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, oasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Reverberating with a youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle complete with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.

Car and Taxi are best options to use and as it is centrally located building in prime location. You can also use Uber or Careem app's to book your rides around the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
