Welcome to my home!
Modern and designed with an open-floor living, dining and kitchen area, this home acts as a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city.
In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa bed, an armchair, a TV with a Netflix subscription and large windows that bathe the entire space in natural sunlight throughout the day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
In the bedroom, you will find a luxurious King bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views of the pool and the Marina!
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also a washer if you need to do your laundry.
The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

You can start your day by taking a stroll down Dubai Marina Walk, then head to Jumble Indoor Adventure Dubai for fun and excitement. If you're looking for a more relaxed activity, Bay Central is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning views of the Marina. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in the area, such as Buddha Bar, Bussola, or Trader Vic's JBR. Then head to مقهى العتيق al ateeq cafe for a cup of coffee and a chance to people watch.
The recommended mode of transport in Dubai is by taxi, which is often relatively cheap, depending on the distance. Otherwise, you can find multiple tram stops and the JLT or Damac Metro stops in the Dubai Marina, which allows you to visit many areas throughout Dubai. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
