Tämä 121-vuotias mökki sijaitsee Cascaden kaupungissa, lähellä Pikes Peakia ja Santa's North Pole -museota, Cliff-asuntoja, Tuulien luolia, Cheyenne-vuoren eläintarhaa.
Vuorijoki kadun toisella puolella, vaellusreitit ja vesiputous tekevät tästä jännittävän loman lomalle, vuosipäivälle ja häämatkalle.

Ramona-mökissä on suuri sammalakivi, kaapeli-tv, DVD ja videonauhuri elokuvissa suuressa huoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuohi, master-kylpyammeessa on kynsien jalka-amme, täyden palvelun kylpy ja pukuhuone. Aurinkoisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-vuodetta. Ruokailuhuoneessa on suuri ikkuna, josta on näkymät vuorille ja täydellinen keittiö, jossa on kaikki lisäosat. Yksityinen kylpytynnyri ulos on hienoa rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen. The cottage is super cute, cozy, and tucked away on a quiet street but conveniently close to all the Manitou/C Springs activities, restaurants, etc. It was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! My only issue is that the hot tub was not warm enough to use. We sat in it for 10 minutes or so and had to get out as we were cold. I have made recommendation to host to have the temperature higher as 95 is not warm enough. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!enough.

You must dine at Creekside, while here, sit outside, along the creek. Quiet and charming, little cabin in the woods. Neighbors are great, too.

Nostalgic and Cozy getaway

My friend and I stayes here a night because we needed a hot tub soak in the mountains sans kids. This place was perfect. We came after a blizzard and the walk was shoveled and the heat turned on. Our host even made sure the fireplace was on for us! Lots of quick communication for those little questions. The hot water heater was surprisingly quick and generous for the age of the cottage. My friend and I especially enjoyed the wall of vhs films and game shelf. Gave us rec room from the 90s feels. Very beautiful cottage over all!

Honeymoon cottage

Cute little cottage and located near attractions. We wish it would have been more secluded but had neighbors on all four sides. Sandra was very accommodating when we needed to change our date. Plenty of great suggestions with local restaurant information and parks.

Ramona Cottage

Pros: The beds were clean and very comfortable. It is a very quiet location except for a barking dog. Cons: The place smelled like gas and old bacon grease. Most of the windows were painted shut so we couldn't use the fresh mountain air. The sink in the second bathroom was clogged so we used the bathroom sink where the tub was. Quite inconvenient. The tub hadn't been cleaned. The trash cans were dirty. Any kitchen utensils used had to be prewashed.

Beautiful cottage in Cascade

Highly recommend! The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the front porch and loved the convenient location near hiking trails and town. We enjoyed our stay in Cascade!

Perfect location!

This location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were within 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit. It was perfect for us. The Perfect Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed every relaxing moment in the quaint cottage. Plenty of sights to see in the surrounding areas and the hot tub was great for unwinding in the evenings after daytime adventures.

Cozy getaway

Enjoyed a two-night stay with my husband and two teenage daughters. The girls loved their bright, airy bedroom and plush beds. Took advantage of the well appointed kitchen and made breakfast, brownies, etc. Enjoyed being at the base of Pike's Peak and a short drive to Garden of the Gods. Weather was cool at night, enjoyed a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. Wish we could have used the hot tub, but just ran out of time. Nice stay!

Wonderful family vacation

The property was wonderful for our stay. It was so nice to have the feeling of home while on vacation especially when we had some unexpected snow. We enjoyed playing games at the cottage, the lovely fireplace and the hot tub were a huge hit with our family. Magical little cottage in the mountains

We have been staying in Bob And Sandy's properties since 1999. We have stayed in every property owned by their company, Cascade Escapes, numerous times and this cottage is our favorite. The linens are always fresh, everything is always clean, the kitchen is always stocked with coffee, utensils, pots and pots. Everything is always in perfect working order. Bob and Sandy are two of the most genuine, compassionate people and are always willing to do whatever guests ask of them from preparing a magnificent breakfast, to taking the guests fishing on the private lake nearby. You will never regret staying in one of their properties and I can guarantee that you will return!

Wonderful family getaway!

We stayed in the Ramona in August and it was fabulous. We felt like we really "got away" even though Manitou Springs was only minutes away for anything you need. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great. The hiking trail up the street was our favorite part and was beautiful. We'd love to return soon.

We have been two times and will go again! Loved it!

For starters, the location is awesome. The owners are two of the nicest people on earth. The house is adorable with charm. Wish the front window had curtains for night time privacy. The view is so awesome, the giant picture windows were stared out every moment we were indoors. The porch also provided a great view. The master bed is one of the most comfortable. Convenient to everything. We rode horses, hiked, went to a drive-in movie, shopped in town, dined out, went to the North Pole, river rafting, vineyards, Royal Gorge, you name it, we have done it. The only down side it the claw foot tub. Gorgeous, but not convenient. Most of us shower, so we all had to use one bathroom for that. Slowed us down a bit. I have recommended this place to lots of friends. We will definitely be back. I cannot say enough good things about the owners. Love Bob & Sandy. If you are considering this place, GO! You will love it too! Just take really good care of it. I want it to stay nice for my family. See you next year Ramona Cottage.

Honey Moon in the Mountains

My Wife and I were married in Red Rock park in Denver and spent a wonderful honeymoon at the Cottage 3 years ago. The owners were very friendly, invited us up to their place, and even left us chocolate covered strawberries when we returned from our vows that night. I am starting to plan another trip up there for our 4 year anniversary. I loved everything about the cottage and location. I definitely want to explore a lot more on the next visit. The only draw back to the entire trip was the motion lights kept going on late in the evening, scaring the crap out of both of us thinking it was a bear or mountain lion. A few nights later coming back from Cripple Creek we finally saw the culprit, a fat cat sleeping on the wicker loveseat on the front porch. I still get a laugh out telling that story to family and friends. Looking forward to visiting again.

Charming and Quiet

Bob and I came out to Colorado in 1997 and fell in love with the mountain town of Cascade. Being close to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, the airport and all needed shopping areas, we felt if we were going to live in Colorado we had to be in the mountains. We purchased the B & B and then the Ramona cottage. We love entertaining and gourmet cooking.

The cottage is just a short walk to the Wines of Colorado as they offer wine tasting and great entrees for lunch or dinner,or Mildreds Cafe has great breakfasts, and homemade cinnamon rolls to die for. We are close to the drive up Pikes Peak or visiting Santa's Workshop at the North Pole.
