My name is Anita and I started a business called Cole-Robles Handy Person Services. I started working with my father on his properties in Texas back in 2021 and I learned a lot of great skills. We have fully demolished a house, and completely rebuilt another, with just basic hand tools and handheld power tools. What I would like to do moving forward is remodel homes and offer them as vacation rentals. This beautiful home in Coachella has been my first project. I have completely remodeled it and did the interior designing as well. It is currently still being completed, but will be vacation ready soon!

We purchased this home in this neighborhood because it is very family friendly. The house itself has a pool and many rooms and bathrooms, so that is very convenient for multiple families, which we were at the time. And the neighborhood is a street that loops around so I felt very comfortable letting my children explore the area. There is also a very nice little playground just across the street in the middle of the properties that my kids really like.

We purchased it in 2017 and have made many changes to it since it was listed on Zillow. We had sidewalks poured around the pool and installed sun shades that block 90% of harmful UV rays over a large portion of our outdoor spaces. I built a very stable playground with swings in the back portion of the property, just past the driveway, which is tall enough for a 5'1" adult to stand in on the second level. Solar panels were installed in 2020, along with a power bank, so most of the electricity is solar power. Walls were built to separate the back patio/outdoor dining area from the dog yard and the pool, so each space can be enjoyed safely by all. All appliances were upgraded in 2021, and security cameras were installed along the perimeter, but none of them point into the house.
This house is everything that we wanted to make it into. It is comfortable even on the sunniest of days because you can sit under the sun shades, or swim in the pool and enjoy the heat of the day without the sunburn. It is convenient to access because of it's corner lot, which also allows for a lot of privacy. We have had many parties at this house and have never had any trouble with noise complaints from the neighbors, because many people in this area like to have their own parties. So, you can enjoy having guests over without any worry of having the neighbors get upset. The house remodel is still being completed, but once it is done the pictures will be updated. It is fully furnished and should sleep 8-12 comfortably.
