Waterfront On Rehoboth Bay! Yksityinen ranta / venelaituri!

Kaunis, rannalla kaupunkiasunto Rehoboth Bay. Yksityinen venelaituri mukana. Upea auringonnousua 1 1/2 korttelin kävelymatka Ocean Beach. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikki Dewey Beach on tarjota. Helposti polkupyörällä tai vaunun kyydissä Rehoboth Beach. Snug Harbor on rannan loma itsessään. Kun palaat päivä rannalla ... istua omalla telakalla ja nauttia suosikki kylmä juoma katsellen veneet purjehtivat mennessä, vielä parempaa viettää päivä oma yksityinen ranta! On myös runsaasti viihdettä laiturilla ... se on suosittu paikka sivuttain etenevät ja vain niille, jotka oleskelevat Snug Harbor. Suurin osa asiakkaistamme on paluumuuttajia ja ovat tehneet joitain parhaita loma muistoja täällä. Vain täysin uusittu! Uudet kuvat maaliskuussa 2019.

Valitettavasti yhtään ryhmävuokrausta ei hyväksytä. Ei alle 25-vuotiaita vuokraajia. Perheet ovat edullisia. Hiljainen aika Snug Harbor kuuluu kaksikymmentäkolme kunnes klo 8 ja on tiukasti. Ilmoittakaa majoituksessa olevien vieraiden lukumäärä ja ikä, olipa kyseessä ryhmä, perhe jne. Kiitos

Wonderful place. First time we've ever stayed there. The view of rehobeth bay was wonderful. We used the balcony porch often. Also close to beach. Place was spotless and well equipped. Comfortable and welcoming. Great communication with owner. We'll be back!!

Bright and breezy. Amazing dock to sit on or launch a kayak from. Beautiful sunsets on the spacious screened porch. Quiet most of the time with some music floating across the water on weekend evenings. Close to everything. Comfortable, spacious, and clean. Simple check in.

Best spot in dewey

I have stayed at many locations in Dewey and this is still my favorite spot. Great location, great view, has everything you could ever need in a rental. Highly recommend!!

Very nice placr

On the whole we love the place. Only negative if you have little ones the band noise is LOUD especially in the master bedroom you can hear it perfectly! Also if there is a lot of rain the street floods but it’s nothing against this place. It’s perfect for a safe little beach for our grandchildren ages 3 & 1. We would come again and stay here.

Amazing location and view!

It has an amazing view, both from porch and master bedroom. A private beach is key - but place is a very short walk to ocean beach. Great restaurants and bars are walkable. Rebobeth Beach is a short and easy drive. Very nice place!

Best spot in dewey!

I’ve stay at a lot of different places in Dewey and this is probably the best one yet. Great location, quiet neighborhood, and the best view of the bay. Highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Enjoyed the bay

Air conditioning was excellent. 3rd floor stays cool. Loved the screened porch and view. Refrigerator and freezer need a tune up, but everything else worked great. Easy walk to many Dewey locales and beach. Dewey Water Sports was 2 blocks away. Grotto pizza one block away. Can hear kids running in attached units. Mattresses were very confortable. Was very clean.

Great spot in Dewey

First time staying in Dewey and it was quieter than we thought. Great location and a quick walk to a lot of restaurants and bands. Easy for teen to hop on the Jolly Trolly at the end of the street and take it to Rehoboth. Couldn’t beat the views and just an overall wonderful family spot!

Owner was great. Everything in the unit was in great condition. Mattresses were great, appliances all new and working. Right on the bay. Great view. Loved it all!

Perfect beach getaway!

The view from the screened in porch is everything!! We stayed several nights with two other couples and had a lovely time. It’s close to the beach, on the bay with its own little beach, and the views are fantastic. It was clean and had two parking spaces (we got a third parking space from the “town of Dewey” kiosk for the third couples car and those spots (green spots) were right across from the condo. Walking distance to all restaurants in Dewey (we loved Starboard Raw the most) and just a great weekend!

Generational Bonding

Owner was great, very responsive which helped with planning. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway, which included grandparents, young adults and a teen. The location was great. It offered something for everyone to do (together or solo). The screened porch was a bonus as the view was breathtaking. Everyone jockeyed for a spot out there, lol. Good times for all and we hope to return for a longer stay in the near future.

Exactly what we were looking for

Had a wonderful impromptu getaway. We weren’t sure if we wanted to be closer to the ocean or on the bay. Hands down the screened in porch to hang out and watch the bay with our coffee and the sunset while playing games was absolutely what we wanted. The home had everything we were looking for/needed inside. Only thing that was awkward for us was having to bring towels and linens- I’ve never been requested to do that and had to find some xl twin sheets via friends. We are already making plans for our next trip ! The owner was fantastic and easy to work with!

This is a beautiful property and compound with wonderful access to the Rehoboth Bay and a private pier with dockage. We enjoyed launching our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards at the private beach as well as storing them in a secured area. We were also able to tuck our bikes away in a nice secure area And ride them into Rehoboth and surrounding areas including Indian River inlet. The stairs going in maybe a challenge for someone who has some difficulty with steps, but we found them a great way of knocking off any remaining sand on our footwear or bodies as we walked up. We were able to hose off at the very convenient hose area on the lower deck and brush off Any sand that we may have had on us prior to entering the unit. The screened in roll down shaded porch was a true joy to relax and listen to the flags flap in the wind and the seagulls and waters around the bay.

Best location we’ve ever stayed in, by far! We’ve taken many family beach vacations, and it’s rare to have usable outdoor space right outside the rental. The little beach and dock on the bay were perfect—a refreshing change from typical rentals. Our family enjoyed fishing off the dock and actually had space to play outside when we weren’t at the beach. This spot is ideal for a family of six. With seven, it felt a bit tight, but it was still one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed!! The condo is two stories, with a master bedroom and full bath upstairs, and two bedrooms on the main level. There’s also a small TV room off the family room, separated by a sliding door, which worked well for an extra guest. There wasn’t any storage space in that room, so we kept the sofa-bed pulled out so he could store his things underneath. Overall, a wonderful stay with a great, responsive host who patiently answered all of my questions—I would highly recommend!

How did you get a king size bed up. Spiral staircase???

Great location on the bay, walking distance to everything. The private beach was nice for watching the sunset A few things could be updated , like the beds and the sliding glass door out to the screened in porch is a bit sticky and an older version. The top floor primary bedroom is a like a little oasis with a beautiful view.

I grew up in Dewey Beach In the summers and my family has owned and enjoyed Snug Harbor for over 30 years. It is a very special, family spot. We have rented to wonderful families like yours for all those years.
