This great log cabin is located in the Red Bud Valley Village, close to historic downtown Eureka Springs, nestled in a wooded valley with deer and other wildlife to watch. There is parking for two vehicles, with room for a boat/trailer but the road to the cabin is steep and gravel. You will have access to a catch-and-release fishing pond (no motorized boats), hiking trails, a playground, and picnic area. Shared Propane Fire Pit.

PROPERTY LAYOUT:



Studio - King Bed and twin over twin bunk beds

Kitchen - Stove with oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster & Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



Grill - Propane and the propane is provided.



Relax on the covered front porch or dine out under the stars. Indoor fireplace uses Duraflame logs only. Only one log is provided. The fireplace is open October 1 to April 1.



The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of prep space to cook up your favorite meals. The cabin does have internet. Due to the location of the cabin the signal weak for the internet allowing you to do basics only online. There is no cable, the TV is on an antenna only with limited channels. We hope you will unplug, unwind, and enjoy the many activities in the surrounding area has to offer.

Designed with rustic yet elegant country charm in the Ozarks in a beautiful park-like setting. Bear Den cabin has all you need for a relaxing stay! Tucked in the Ozark Mountains, 1.5 miles from historic downtown Eureka Springs, Red Bud Valley is one of the most private, peaceful, relaxing and beautiful spots in Northwest Arkansas.



If you're hosting a larger group, we highly recommend renting both Cabins #14, known as The Bear Den, and #15, named The Gathering Place. Together, they can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Conveniently located next to each other, these cabins offer an ideal setup for family gatherings and ensure everyone has plenty of space to enjoy their time together.

There is a shared Propane Fire Pit between Cabins 14 and 15 that you are welcome to use!



The Neighborhood:

There is plenty to do year-round, with it's location between Beaver Lake and Table Rock Lake and just a short drive to Kings River for canoeing and kayaking. Also, Branson, MO is only a 48 mile drive. Eureka Springs is only 2 miles away with Historic Architecture, restaurants, night life, museums, shopping and hiking.



Getting Around:

Red Bud Valley Village is one of the original resorts in Eureka Springs. There is a large pond for catch and release fishing. No motorized boats allowed. You must follow all state licensing and boating requirements. There are gardens and trails and a small playground for the kids.

-WiFi is available at the cabin, but the service is limited. Additionally, cell service is also limited.



- The gravel road to the cabin is not suitable for motorcycles and sports cars. We recommend an SUV or high clearance vehicle.



- There is a 4-person maximum



Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.



Travel Tip - Midweek rates are lower than weekend rates - try adjusting your travel dates to view the best rates.



As with all Vacation Rental Properties, Guests acknowledge that activity on the property carries with it the potential for injury due to unfamiliar terrain and layout. The topography in the area has frequent changes in elevation requiring steps and walkways that conform to the landscape, therefore, please use caution and familiarize yourself with all areas of the property. We keep the property maintained, although, all liability is waived, and you are accepting the property with no assurances. Emergencies are very rare, yet it is smart to be prepared for inclement weather, natural disaster, or injury when traveling.
