PLEASE NOTE: THE HOT TUB IS OUT OF SERVICE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY MID-NOVEMBER DUE TO RENOVATIONS. A TEMPORARY GYM AREA HAS BEEN SET-UP IN THE SPIN AREA. The rooftop pool remains open to September (depending on weather).

This unit is located just a couple of minutes by foot from all major attractions. The unit is perfect for international visitors, families, and business travellers.

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and walking distance to everything. We were in town for a concert at Scotiabank Arena and were able to do some site seeing very easily. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and great views and fab sunsets. Easy to get everywhere and everything you need for a good stay. The only issue is the lift wait time by is a bit frustrating as there were some tech issues.

Great Location, Enjoyable stay.

The location is close to the CN Tower and quite convenient. Parking is available next to the building or across the street. The apartment is very clean and properly stocked. The platform bed is firm but low to the floor. Great water pressure in the shower. I would stay here again if I ever go back to Toronto.

Amazing condo, with proximity to Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena

We had an amazing time at this condo. Our visit to Toronto was mainly to see a concert at the Scotia Bank Arena and for a Blue Jays game. The condo is superbly located, right across the street from the Rogers Centre and a few blocks away from the Scotia Bank Arena. Highly recommended condo if you want to be close to the action.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Richard’s 1 bedroom condo. The location was perfect for exploring Toronto, apartment was clean, had an incredible view, and the quiet apartment was a great size for the 3 of us. Our host was communicative, responded to questions quickly and checked in with us once we arrived. The pool and whirlpool were a bonus and we made use of them every night even though seating was limited.We only reheated food but certainly the kitchen was equipped enough that you could cook a meal- including grills on the pool deck. We appreciated the outside key box for check in as others seemed to be having trouble at the desk- maybe that was for parking? We used public transportation or walked everywhere so didn’t deal with parking. It was also a total plus having a washer and dryer! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we are ever in Toronto again! Wonderful place!

Not for anyone over 5ft tall

Check in code for the lock box was wrong. It took over an hour hour to get the correct code that we had to navigate in the dark. We got there when it was still light outside. Not a pleasant way to start a trip. All of the furniture was very low to the ground. The floors were dirty. There were only 2 towels available. And there were no pool towels. The shower drip could not be shut off. A bathroom light was out. Making it difficult to use the only mirror there for anything. The sauna was out of order. There was a smell coming from the ottoman where the grotesque "linen and pillow" for the pull out sofa were stored. When we asked weeks in advance for a 1 day refund due to a family emergency that prevented us from staying the full 4days it was denied. The view was great but the integrity of the outdoor table and chairs was questionable as well as being uncomfortably small.

Je voyageais en famille et l'emplacement était parfait. Littéralement à un coin de rue du stade de baseball et de la tour du CN. L'appartement était propre et le propriétaire répondait à nos questions en 30 minutes. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à Toronto.

Excellent and safe location

The listing was as expected. We came in for the Taylor Swift concert and were across the street from the venue. Very easy. We also felt safe given you need a fob to press a floor on the elevator. The host was very responsive to all messages. And the property was clean.
