Discover our newly constructed studio, a serene haven nestled just 12 minutes away from the exhilarating slopes of Loon Mountain Ski Resort. Our small condo association also has a Seasonal Pool and Tennis Courts for added fun!This charming cabin offers a warm, cozy atmosphere with a luxurious king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and high-speed wifi, ensuring a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Tucked away at the end of a shared driveway and bordering a vast, wooded expanse that includes a scenic hiking trail, our studio is a sanctuary of peace, offering an escape from noise and light pollution. Its location is unbeatable for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike, being in close proximity to a host of local attractions such as the enchanting Ice Castles, the breathtaking Flume Gorge, the majestic Franconia Notch State Park, and the thrilling Cannon Mountain Ski Resort. Moreover, a brief drive takes you to the heart of North Woodstock and Lincoln, where a variety of restaurants and vibrant breweries await.

Your comfort is our priority. Wake up refreshed on a Tuft & Needle mattress, basking in the natural light from the large Southeast-facing windows—or opt for extra sleep by drawing the blackout shades. The cabin’s superb insulation and efficient gas heating system ensure you stay warm throughout the winter, while an on-demand water heater guarantees a continuous supply of hot water.

Entertainment is readily available through the Roku TV, compatible with all major streaming services- all sign-in information is automatically erased upon checkout. The kitchen, equipped with a gas range and a complete set of ceramic cookware, along with essentials like oil, vinegar, and spices, invites you to indulge in the pleasure of cooking. There are USB-A and USB-C ports on each nightstand for charging your devices, and a Sonos speaker to fill the space with your favorite tunes or soothing white noise to lull you to sleep.

Beautiful, clean and cozy spot in Woodstock
This place is more beautiful than shown in the pictures. It is immaculately clean. Coffee was delicious and the kitchen had anything you needed. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The towels were soft and the bed was very comfortable. The host was friendly and available. We didn’t need anything, but if we had he already reached out shortly after we arrived. The GPS was a bit off on Google maps but the directions were good. Check in was easy.

What a stinkingly adorable place! We were super excited upon arrival! Jonathan was a perfect host! Communication was on point & very helpful w suggestions. The place was so clean, nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were top notch. And the shower was hot and stayed hot! Location was right off the high way and close to everything! Has a smart tv w access to guest sign in for Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Pandora… This is exactly what we wanted and w all the perks it was a no brainer! It’s basically a hotel suite minus the hotel part. 😉😊 Thanks again Jonathan! Marcela & Garo

Professionally, I'm a realtor, a career that has allowed me to connect with a diverse array of people, each with their own unique stories and backgrounds.

Josh, on the other hand, hails from Pennsylvania. His love for snowboarding began in the picturesque landscapes of New Hampshire, a place that we both hold dear. Working in the tech industry, Josh shares my wanderlust, finding joy in traveling and experiencing new cultures. However, his passion doesn't stop there; Josh takes immense pride in working on our home, dedicating himself to various projects and improvements that make our cabin a special place for guests like you.

Together, we share a love for adventure, the great outdoors, and the connections we make along the way.
