This unique property is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom chalet minutes from downtown Latacunga. Enjoy our heated swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and game room along with fantastic views of the Andes mountains. Entertainment for everyone; pool table w/ bar, ping pong, basketball court, soccer field, and exercise room. Trails close by for mountain hiking/biking etc. Located in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for a relaxing mountain vacation/ corporate retreat.
The 1st flr kitchen is complete with an indoor wood burning oven, conventional oven/stovetop, coffee maker, appliances and cookware. The formal dining room seats up to 8 comfortably and has views of Cotopaxi volcano. The living room provides a toasty wood burning fireplace with ample seating and smart TV. You will also find a gym, game room, laundry room on the 1st floor.
A gorgeous pergola provides a wonderful area to take in the natural outdoors and views of the Andes. A gas BBQ and a spacious private backyard includes a basketball court, soccer field, volleyball net. The entire acre is fully fenced for security for you and your pets. We are 7 minutes by car to downtown Latacunga, a charming colonial city full of restaurants and shopping.
