This beautiful 4-bedroom penthouse is located within the gates of Pedregal with incredible views of the Cabo San Lucas Bay overlooking the city! From the comfortable and spacious living room and large master bedroom suite, this penthouse has two floors, a private terrace, two parking space, and close to everything! The BlueBay Plus Condominiums is a well-established community with to downtown Cabo, schools, organic market, restaurants, and activities. It has hurricane shutters.
The space
Overlooking the blue waters of the Sea of Cortés shoreline, make your vacation into our four suites bedrooms condo with an open living area, 3 beautiful balconies and 4 large bathrooms ensuring privacy and space are in perfect balance.
Blue Bay Plus features a large central pool overlooking Cabo San Lucas and all amenities are within easy reach.
Enjoy your breakfast with a gorgeous ocean view from the spacious balcony and you will have the most beautiful the sunrises and sunsets enjoying the cocktails by the pool. This is the perfect place for you!

We know you are coming to Cabo San Lucas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the rooms. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
DECORATION:
We know that there are special celebrations and you want to decorate the walls, please make sure to use blue scotch tape that will not damage the walls and remove the decoration before your departure without damaging the paint on the walls, in case of damaging a wall it will have a cost of 100 USD per wall.
Ask us about the additional decoration service we can offer you!

Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Since We came to live in Los Cabos, I have lived in El Pedregal, for over 24 years there is definitely no better place or location in Cabo San Lucas to live and vacation.
It is a place that is within walking distance of downtown Cabo San Lucas, the Villas are beautiful, the cobblestone streets give romanticism to the place, it has the view of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, there are pickel ball and tennis courts, restaurants, 24/7 security, beautiful people around you.
Among many other good things that's why we also enjoy this neighborhood!
