Welcome to our charming loft located at Queens Rd in the heart of St. John's! This newly renovated two-story suite combines the character of a classic St. John's Saltbox home with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. With two queen bedrooms and one bathroom, it's perfect for families or small groups of friends looking to explore everything downtown has to offer.

We are a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by text/phone (after 10pm urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel or email for non-urgent matters, as well as replying to the welcome text message you received upon confirmation.

You'll find yourself just steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown St. John's. Explore the countless restaurants, pubs, and shops lining the streets, or take a leisurely stroll to nearby attractions such as The Rooms Museum, the Modern Art Gallery, and historic landmarks.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and all the kitchen basics you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Head upstairs to find two inviting queen bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated for a restful night's sleep. Wake up to views of our colorful city from the second floor, reminding you that you're in the heart of all the action. The shared bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms and features modern fixtures and plenty of plush towels.

>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.

>Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.

Within just a 7 minute walk, you will arrive at The Rooms Museum where you will enjoy the history of the province along with a gorgeous view of the downtown core through glass windows.
After enjoying The Rooms, you can enjoy a sweet from the famous Newfoundland Donut Company(5 minute walk).
If you are more interested in a local pub with live music, head over to the famous George Street, which is only a 6 minute walk down Queens Rd! Here you will get to enjoy many different local pubs with fabulous food, and great live music!
Also within a 5 minute walk, Water Street is where you can enjoy many boutiques, local shops, many restaurants all within walking distance!

Our units are strictly non-smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) and quiet enjoyment suites. We use monitoring devices that immediately alert us of any smoking and excessive noise. Should you violate our house rules, you will be asked to leave and charged $250.
