Nestled in the Waccamaw Trace section of North Litchfield Beach on the corner of a cul-de-sac, this handsome home offers a peaceful retreat in classic Lowcountry style. A golf cart/foot path cut-through located directly across the road conveniently leads straight to the beach. Guests also enjoy easy access to the community pool.

Open-concept common areas on the main floor include a fully-equipped kitchen with 5-stool breakfast bar, dining area with seating for eight, and TV sitting area as well as a furnished porch.

Also on the main floor is one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath in the hallway, and a laundry room. The top floor has three more bedrooms. One is en suite with a king bed, TV, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with TV, and the third has a queen and a double bed. A second top floor bathroom is in the hallway with a tub shower.

A central interior stairwell provides access to every floor. On the ground floor is a hammock, outdoor shower, assorted beach gear, and covered parking.
