Castle House 2 sijaitsee yhdessä halutuimmista, perheystävällisistä lähiöistä Disney Resortin ulkopuolella. Etuovellamme on helppo kävellä 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä "Onnellinen paikka maan pääll��", ja voit jopa nauttia ilotulitteista etupihalta. Nauti hiljaisesta ja vaivattomasta pääsystä upeaan Disneyn maailmaan ja kaikkiin läheisiin kauppoihin ja viihteeseen, aivan kävelymatkan päässä kotimme.

Pool was a hit for the kids. Nice in-between visits to the parks. Close to Walk to Disney but faster to Uber for the older folks then don't have to pay for parking. Great quick response from host. House is great with 3 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms there was room for the whole family. Great time had by all!!

A california dream

This house was everything we wanted and more! We came for 4 days and fully enjoyed the house! We even spent a day at the enjoying the pool/spa area- its a blast! House was clean, in a great location! You can watch the Disney fireworks from the front yard, which we did several times! We didnt visit Disney but it seemed like an easy wall, maybe 1mile.All the rules noted & repeated are overwhelming but I suppose, justified. We had no issues. We were exhausted by 10pm anyway Would highly recommend & would return!

Clean and comfortable.

Close to Disney but still far enough that we took uber rides to front entrance. To far to walk. Great yard and pool. Garage area needs some work. Had a few minor issues but owners respond quickly.

Fun themed Disney home/great pool

Great property for families or larger groups. The backyard is very fun with a waterslide in the pool, splashpad and hot tub. We really enjoyed relaxing there each afternoon or evening. You can't be out there at all after 10pm so you need to plan accordingly. It was a pretty easy walk to Disney. The two "kids" rooms with the Princess and Marvel themes were very cute. they have some kids toys in there so that's a bonus if you have little ones. Our adult kids slept in there and loved it. The 3 adult bedrooms all had beds that were very soft. That was a bummer for us as we had three adults over 60 and really need firmer beds with support so if a soft bed is a deal breaker, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's a slight ramp from the dining room to the living room where it looks like they added the living room from the original house but there is no signage or floor tape indicating that there is this little ramp and we had some people trip there so that's a watchout.

Perfect Multi-Family Disney Adjacent Stay

The kids loved the outdoor pool area (we did pay for heating the pool- 100% worth it as the weather was cool when we were there and we were still able to enjoy the amenities), the ability to see Disneyland fireworks from the front yard, and the fun kids rooms with bunk beds. The space was great for 2 families with young kids. For us, the 1 mile walk to downtown Disney was just right— we loved the location. The rental looked slightly different than featured because they appear to be doing some upgrades but overall it was as advertised. This was our second time staying at a Funtierland property— we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our Disneyland trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Funtierland Castle House! We spent most of our time at Disneyland but really enjoyed the pool area on our day off. The water slide and splash area were very neat and we spent some time in the hot tub. We walked to Disneyland and it took about 25 minutes from the house to the entrance to the park (going through Downtown Disney). The kids loved the themed bedrooms and toys. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Added bonus was watching the Disney fireworks from the front yard!

Family of 7 stayed here. We loved the pool and ease of walking to Disney. The house itself is just ok. Clean enough, but not super clean. Not really big enough for more than 7. Bathrooms have zero counter space for getting ready, and no mirrors outside of the bathroom. They privide you with ONE towel perguest. No extra sheets... per gueat

Great Vacation Home

The house was a great location to Disney park. Was about 25 minute walk to park gates. House was clean and had all the stuff you would need. Pool was great and the spa tub heated up to an amazing temperature. Photos online are a bit outdated as the property has recently been painted!

Great home, great location

We had two (youngish) families of 6, and had plenty of room for everyone. The flooring felt brand new, the home felt clean and well taken care of. We loved the pool and water slide, and enjoyed playing pool in the garage as well. The beds made it fun for the kids and everything was comfortable and nice!

Fun for Disneyland trip!

We came with our grandchildren for their first trip to Disneyland. It was a very convenient drive to the parking garage. We chose not to walk because we worried about little legs at the end of day. The floor plan worked perfectly for our group leaving a quiet area of the house for the infant and his parents. Home was clean with plenty of beds. Host was gracious and helpful. We would have loved to use the beautiful pool but the weather was way too cold. The hot tub was wonderful. We would love to come and stay again!

This property was AMAZING. Cute rambler and the pool/hot tub/slide were a huge hit. Easy walk to Disneyland. We walked 10-15min to tram and took that right up to the gate for California Adventure/Disneyland. Plenty of room in the house, very clean and has pretty much everything you would need.

Amazing!!

This property seems like it was recently updated. New, fresh carpet, really nice appliances, etc. It was very clean and well stocked! The kids LOVED the kids room and the toys the house provided. The pool was vacation saving as we were there during record breaking heat for 8 days. Our kids (6 and under) loved the water slide. Beds were extremely comfortable! We used the optional stroller rental add-on which was incredibly helpful. You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the house. The washer and dryer on site were really nice to have as well. Walking to the gates of Disney took 20-30 minutes pushing a stroller depending on our energy level and Downtown Disney crowds. Easy to cross Walnut right outside the neighborhood instead of walking up to the light each time. The neighborhood felt very safe and was clean. We are already looking at staying here again next year! It's a longer walk to Disney than the hotels on Harbor, but the amenities and ability for kids to have their own room makes the added walk worth it.

Nice family retreat

We had a party of 10 (4 kids & 6 adults) so the 4 bedroom worked out perfectly. Pictures were just as the house showed. Pool with slide entertained the kids and adults. Newer grill was perfect and plenty of space to part cars (3). I’d recommend for a large party like ours.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. From the cute Disney decor/thened rooms to the gorgeous pool and close proximity to the Disney parks. The property owner is quick to respond to questions and concerns. We ran into no issues.

Disney Castle Hse 2 2024

Outside steps to frontdoor outdated. High worn chippedd brick steps, was a lil hard for our disabled guest to manuver. House was nice inside, has a few issues, main bath has plugged sink, leak underneath,was unusable, had to put bath towels down several times daily(made 4 calls, was told plumber was on the way, never happened. Carpet nails sticking up in donald duck master bed and super hero bedrooms. Food/trash was under a few of the beds (popcorn, wrappers, water bottles). Pool was beautiful, was a drill bit sticking up near hot tub in a tree stump that one of the kids stepped on. Fenceing around pool was not secure, wiggled, could almost push over. Hair dryer in master bath had broken clip, dryer was plugged in when we arrived and fell into sink. (Hazardous) called to report. Refrigerator/freezer had leak on freezer side, used towels to keep water off floor. Master bathroom shower has sewer smell when shower was on (possible vent leak).Called it in, they brought bags of ice?? Area /neighborhood was great, close to parks. House is cute, just needs a lil maintenance on items listed. Carpet in bedrooms had visible wear/path. Beds were comfy, decorated fun and nice. Property management was very nice. Check in was easy. A bit disappointed for the pice and not having the issues/plumbing attended to. Hot tub temperature could have been warmer, would warm up then went cold. Garage had extreme Marijuana odor. Mold around sink drain in masterbath. We will definitely use VRBO again

Disney Magic abounds! Families stay here for sure!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week and hit Disney, Legoland and Universal. Being from Alaska, the pool/slide/hot tub were hands-down the BEST feature of this house. My kids couldn't get enough of it! Things to add so that others can take into consideration would be: 1) Access to Disney is by walking down to the Mickey and Friends parking structure (Castle to Feather to Goodhue down Walnut to Magic Way and cross OVER the road on the safe overpass to the place where you go through parking garage security and take the trams straight to the gate) Its honestly a 20-min trek with kids, and at the end of the day it was a bear to get them to finish the walk back to the house (though is well-lit at night though for safety-sake). 2) Grocery Shopping for food is a quick 2 miles from either a Walmart Quick Grocery to the east, or a Food4Less directly south on Katella. Door Dash and pizza places delivered quite easily too. 3) There are two 2-kid strollers and 1 1-kid stroller in the garage. Garage is super fun with the pool table, and the washer/dryer are super fast. 4) There IS a kids gate around the pool (one is not pictured in the ad photos) and it has a latch but not a child safety lock. No pool toys, we brought our own. Honestly, gave 4 stars to the home itself only because the carpet needs desperate replacement and there was no water filtration system working in the refrigerator. Thank you for a well-coordinated stay, clear instructions and a safe place for my family in LA!
