This beautifully appointed condo features new stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a private deck with a barbecue grill.
Inside, the open-concept layout offers a spacious kitchen with a large island overlooking the dining area and an inviting living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and large-screen Smart TV. Every room is equipped with its own air conditioner, ensuring personalized comfort day and night.
The primary suite occupies the next level floor and features a king-size bed, offering added privacy and beautiful views. On the main floor, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature two queen beds and their own full en-suite bathroom, making this condo ideal for families and groups.

Gladys, the property manager is awesome! The unit is well stocked with towels, kitchen tinsels, and the like. It is located in a prime location in West Bay.

Great property, great location and our second time staying in this unit. Gladys is outstanding to work with and the new sliding glass door to the balcony area was a great upgrade. Easily the best unit in this complex!

Beautiful place right on the beach!

This property exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-equipped, and located right on West Bay beach with fantastic snorkeling and swimming. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.

The BEST condo in ROATAN! Obviously from the pictures, this condo is beautiful. But what makes it even better is Trevor and Gladys (property manager)! If you’re looking for a beautiful condo, with the best location in West Bay Beach, with the perfect view, but an even more impressive team to make your stay so magical, this condo is for you! Not only did they make sure my stay was 5-star, they also arranged transportation for me to and from the airport, recommended restaurants and attractions and even offered to book excursions if I wanted as well. In addition to the great service, I was provided with my necessities: pots/pans, fresh sheets and towels etc. But it’s the extras that I wasn’t expecting, that surprised me: beach chairs, floaties, beach towels, body wash, water jugs for drinking, coffee, sunscreen, bug spray and even a 24 hr security guard on site! They thought of everything. I will be going back to Roatan again soon and I know there’s only one place I want to stay.. THIS PLACE! Don’t think about it.. just book it! Thank you Trevor and Gladys for making our stay so wonderful :)

Great place

Had a great relaxing time at this place. Beautiful view!This place is a 2 story unit located on a second and third floor. Found out just a little before we arrived. Wish I had known that beforehand. My father who’s 89 and can not climb stairs had to stay at another place.Great place, very well maintained and the property manager Gladys was very helpful.

Great Condo…. Wonderful location

Location of this Condo and the ocean view from the balcony was amazing!!!! Literally steps away from the condo to the ocean, restaurants, bars, and other resorts. The Condo was very spacious and clean had more than enough room for my family!!! The 24/7 security of the Condo was also excellent! Gladys the property manager was amazing and helped with transportation and referrals to book activities during our stay!!!! The only con I would say about this condo is that we didn’t have access to the washer/dryer as this is given to guests who book more than 7 nights. This was unexpected, but the property manager did give resources for laundry service on the Island.

Perfect Family Getaway with Gorgeous View

We stayed at Trevor's place for 2 weeks with our children and the grandparents. The bedroom layout was perfect for us. The living room area was cozy and comfortable. The big screen tv was perfect for watching hockey playoffs too. The kitchen was large and well stocked. But the best part of this location is the view. It was perfect to wake up early and have breakfast outside on the balcony, listening to the waves and watching the sky lighten. Total perfection. There are lounge chairs designated for the property that you can use on the beach without having to run down and reserve them in the morning. The property manager was also fantastic. She booked a taxi for us from the airport with a stop at Eldon's grocery on the way. She also booked taxis for us at other times throughout our stay, helped us get water delivered and quickly solved a problem with workers who had turned off the air conditioning. She was lovely to work with and always available to help. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Trevor for sharing your amazing property.

Amazing location - great vacation

Location. Location. Location. Coral Sands 3 is in the heart of West Bay. This was our third trip to Roatan in the past three years and certainly the best. If you have not been to Roatan, you can't beat the location. You can simply wade into the water with your snorkel and fins and be in one of the world's best snorkeling and scuba diving reefs. Additionally, a short walk will provide you with numerous great options to eat, drink, or catch a water taxi to the West End. My wife, 16-year-old daughter, and my daughter's best friend and Mom all vacationed with us. There was ample room in the condo, and my daughter told me right away, "We should buy this condo". The added bonus to this condo was Gladys, the property manager. Gladys was incredibly helpful with advice and recommendations, whether that be for transportation, restaurant suggestions, and more. We couldn't be more grateful for the help Gladys provided throughout the entirety of our vacation. Now I need to get back to work and convince the owner to sell this condo, so I can make my daughter's (and mine) dreams come true.We highly recommend Coral Sands 3.

Our jaws about dropped upon entering the condo on day 1 of our vacation. The location can't be beat, the view was a dream come true, and the condo provided plenty of space for three adult couples. The host provided prompt and thorough responses when inquiries were presented. We are so fortunate to have had a beautiful place like this to stay while in West Bay.

My wife Lisa and I fell in love with this property and purchased it in March and decided to share it with VRBO guests we look forward to accommodating all our guests needs!! Coral Sands #3 is definitely spacious enough to accommodate large families or couples while enjoying the warm turquoise water only steps from this second story luxuries condo! No need to wake up early to find a chair there is always one waiting for you here! We hope others treat this property like their own!! See you in Roatán!!
