•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.

Unit Access:
• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

Keep entertained with complimentary access to the condo amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round.

• The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, we also want to inform you that there might be potential noise due to its location. Your understanding is so much appreciated.

Pet Friendly:
• We allow pet up to 40 lbs to keep everyone safe and comfortable. Large breeds like Rottweilers and German Shepherds aren’t permitted. Please share your pet’s breed and weight in advance. A second pet may be allowed only with prior approval.
• A $99 fee per pet will be added at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the $99 pet fee will be charged separately after the reservation. If a second pet is approved, the additional $99 fee will also be charged separately after booking.

We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Additional rules:
1.Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine and/or your full deposit will be at stake.
2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.
3. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.
4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home
