This fantastic home-away-from-home is centrally located on the non-driving stretch of New Smyrna in the prestigious Ebb Tide complex. The Ebb Tide is known for its impeccably maintained grounds and extra amenities which include a beachfront heated pool and spa, fitness center, gas grills, and private tennis court. Here is the perfect opportunity for rest and relaxation, beach adventures, great food, and making memories to last a lifetime.

This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
• Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
• Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 20 pounds each.
• Pet Fees:
o For 1 dog
• $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
o For 2 dogs
• $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
• $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
• No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

Hello, we are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of Jeff and Gina Properties. Our love for travel spans decades as does our romance (high school sweethearts, fellow UF graduates, married 32+ years with four children, traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents). Jeff also has owned an Allstate Insurance Agency since 1990, achieving the highest company award of Top in Country. We personally own 7 vacation rentals ourselves, located in St Pete/Clearwater, New Smyrna Beach, and 1 in North Carolina. Pooling very different skill sets but very common passions, we make perfect partners. We are truly blessed, loving what we do and loving doing it together.
