Be aware that the pool may be closed occasionally for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion, and it is not heated.


Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning.


Pet Policy:
- Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance.
- There is an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total).


- The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: • 1-2 nights: $100
• 3-6 nights: $150
• 7-29 nights: $250
• 30+ nights: $300
• 59+ nights $300/month.

- There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.
If discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.


Pack N Play:
• Available. free-of-charge but needs to be requested in advance.


Parking:
- 1 free spot in the garage is provided.
Please notify us if you'll bring more than one car. There are two options for parking the second car:
1) Street Parking - free of charge but slot is not guaranteed
2) Building's Guest Parking area - we can request a parking permit from the building. There's a $50 charge but the slot is guaranteed.
