Viehättävä ja eristäytynyt koti lahden uima-allas, Dock, näkymät.

Seaside Mökki on ainutlaatuinen 3500 neliömetriä. ft koti sijaitsee niemimaalla rauhallisella satamalla keskellä 6 mailin pituista yksityistä saarta. Täydellinen pakopaikka, joka sijaitsee metsäisessä erässä, 45 jalkaa veden yläpuolella. Talossa on louhoksen laattalattiat, kirkas trooppinen sisustus ja täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on sisäänrakennettu grilli. Talossa on tilavat huoneet holvikatot, oma kylpyhuone ja kattotuuletin. Ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat tilaville kansille.

Keittiö on avoinna mahtavaan huoneeseen, josta on näkymät veden yli. Ranskalaiset ovet avautuvat 3 aurinkokansiin, jotka vierekkäin sijaitsevat toisella kannella, joka ympäröi kaunista makean veden uima-allasta.

Pitkä syvävesitelakka tarjoaa telakoinnin veneille, joiden pituus on enintään 50 jalkaa. Voit viettää päivän lukemalla uima-altaan äärellä tai nukkumassa riippumatossa varjoisassa merenrantametsässä, jota ympäröivät kotoperäiset puut ja villit orkideat. Tarkkaile ja ruoki trooppisia kaloja laiturilla. Lintuharrastajat ilahduttavat lukuisia kolibreja, haikaroita ja nostureita.

Käy jollain rannan edessä olevista luolistamme tai katso upeat näkymät saarelle korkeilta kallioilta tai laskuveden aikana voit kävellä kuorien ja hiekan dollarien asunnoissa. Sinulla on satelliitti-TV, videonauhuri, Surround-äänijärjestelmä, DVD-elokuvat, puhelin, faksi ja langaton internetyhteys. Virkistysmahdollisuuksiin kuuluu kilpailu biljardipöytä, kajakkeja ja monia pelejä, palapelit ja kirjat.

Talo voidaan vuokrata monella eri tavalla:
Koko talo voidaan vuokrata 4 BR 3: na. 5 kylpyä 500 dollaria per yö, tai voit vuokrata vain yläkerran, 3BR 2. 5 kylpyä 400 dollaria per yö .. Voit myös vuokrata alakerrassa (Anglers Roost) 1 BR Apt täydellä kichenillä, kylpyammeella, foutonilla oleskelutilassa ja queen-vuoteella sekä hengen sohvalla makuuhuoneessa ja suurella kannella ulkopuolella 150 dollaria per yö. 1 BR-apt voidaan yhdistää myös yläkerran makuuhuoneeseen, jossa on täysi kylpyamme ja oma sisäänkäynti, yhteensä 250 dollaria per yö. Dockage on ilmainen vuokraamalla, mutta telakka sähköllä. ei ole.

Siellä on myös 1 BR-Meri-etuosa (katso kuvat) 145 dollaria per yö.

Kuljetus :: Seuraavat voidaan järjestää: vuokra-auto, vuokravene, luunkalastusopas, urheilukalastusopas, snorklaus ja sukellus, moottoriskootterit, golfkärry, ILMAINEN rajoittamaton golf 9-reikäisellä kentällä. Lentopaketit ovat saatavana West Palm Beachistä, Nassausta tai Ft. Lauderdale. Meillä on useita ravintoloita, joissa tarjoillaan amerikkalaisia ja bahamalaisia ruokia. Fantastic Oasis

It's a great spot for boaters - the dock and fish cleaning station are perfect. Nice having the pool to cool off in after a long day fishing and diving. The house is spacious, and kitchen is great for cooking up the days catch. Bedrooms are ample and comfortable. Ruth is a great host and we really enjoyed spending time with her listening about all her great stories about the islands.

Our new favorite

This has become our favorite rental in the Bahamas. We live in Miami and make several trips in our boat each year. The dock set up is top notch. The house is comfortable, well located and appointed, and has a beautiful view. The kids loved the pool. Ruthann is a Bahamas veteran and will help you with anything you ask. She is well organized and reliable. We are already talking about next year.

Sea Side Cottage

RuthAnn is a long time resident of Great Harbour and has a lot of experience renting this property. She was there when we arrived and gave us a lengthy tour of the house and facilities and explained how things worked there. We traveled with another family on two boats and this property accommodated us all very well.

An amazing week in paradise with an amazing host!

I knew after hanging up the phone with Ruthann that this was going to be an outstanding vacation, it started with our host picking us up at the airport , something we certainly didn't expect, she had bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear and nearly anything you would want that you were unable to bring over on your own to the island. our host took us on a guided kayak tour of the infamous shark Creek were we saw wildlife in and out of the water and tons of sunshine. When we would return from a day at the beach we would find ourselves floating in her freshwater swimming pool with a cold beer in hand, and at night we would fire up her stainless grill and throw a slab of meat on for dinner, if it's fish you want, she'll take you to the dock where her friends have an abundance of fresh fish caught daily as well as fresh Conch. We spent our time fishing off her dock which couldn't of been more than 25 steps from our cottage, we caught plenty of fish, Snapper, Grouper and Parrot Fish, We did rent a jeep that she reserved for us at the marina for the week of our stay ...$40 daily. My wife and I have flown or airplane in to many of the Bahama out islands but Great Harbor Cay is by far our favorite to date, the beaches are the most Beautiful beaches we've seen to date and the residents of the island were very accommodating as they have been freinds of Ruthann's most of their lives. Ruthann was a great host and now a great friend, we would like to return In May and do a little more fishing off that dock! Thanks Ruthann! for a wonderful experience, your a sweetheart! A comfortable retreat, fully equipped house with great access to marina, harbor.

The house comfortably slept our family of four with room to spare. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the owner Ruthan went to great lengths to provide us with all the gear we needed--kayaks, bikes, even fishing rods so our son could fish off the dock. The home is clean and the pool a great place to cool off after a hot day at the beaches. Ruthan also served as our tour guide extraordinare on the island. She was a wealth of information on the best places to kayak, the best beaches, where to eat and where to shell. I would highly recommend a stay at Ruthan's home, the combination of the owner's customer service and privacy of the large home is ideal for a Bahamian retreat.

My Happy Place :)

I wanted to write another review for Ruth Ann's villa as I have stayed two times since my first review. I HIGHLY reccomend her villa to any couple who is looking for a quiet beach getaway. GHC is a hidden gem in the Bahamas and I would go no where else for a tropical vacation. As always the villa was clean and homey and the complex is always quiet when we've been there. You have the beaches to yourself almost all the timeand just to be honest there is just no place like it. The people are wonderful & friendly and I just miss this place everyday. :) Ruth Ann is a great host who always takes great care of us. This place is worth the trouble to get to hands down bet vacation I have ever had... I am so glad I found GHC give it a try!

Great Harbour, Great House, Great Hostess!

What a wonderful vacation. The property located on the bay with easy ocean access, comfortably accommodated three families with children and two boats with room to spare. The kitchen (new remodel-not shown in pics) and house are fully equipped. Great fish cleaning station, BBQ grill and pool. Ruth Ann is the consummate hostess. She is so generous and always ready to inform you of the upcoming island events, nightly activities, and must see nearby attractions. We highly recommend her place for boaters and fishing families. We have stayed at her property on several occasions going back 12 years and will be back soon!

The Marrero s and friends

All I can say is amazing, incredible and the owner, Ruth Ann Reichert made my group so at home and provided info and even got us a rental vehicle for our use before we arrived. She and her house was amazing. The Great party for my group was there was a pool, a billard table, and docking for our boats and for our kids to fish. This place is awesome and had every thing a family or fisherman could and would need.

HEAVEN

We stayed at Ruth Ann's little villa & had an absolutely wonderful vacation. We have been to GHC many times, usually staying in a house on the beach. This place is comfortable and cozy perfect for a couple. I loved the loft and the comfy bed and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. Ruth Ann is a great lady and what I can I say I fell in love with GHC years ago and I just need to come back! I would definitely recommend her place and her home also.

WOW! Great property and excellent hostess!

We had 6 adults and a 4 year old in the house for a New Year's trip. There was plenty of room in the house, the WIFI worked and Ruthann went out of her way to get some remodeling done before we arrived. The house is great, but the best part is the hostess - Ruthann is awesome. She was waiting for us at the airport, already had our rental jeeps at the house waiting on us as well as people to help us get all of our stuff to the house. She was more than accommodating for everything possible, even inviting us to the island's NYE party! There are some steps around the house, so it may not be perfect for older guests. Excellent dock and pool with very quiet surroundings. Highly recommended!

Wow!

We arrived with Brent and Nicky and I have to think they had only three stars pop up by accident. We stayed almost a week and really enjoyed Ruth Ann's piece of paradise. Great hostess. House has everything you need. No water restrictions - cold A/C, plenty of beds. Already planning two trips for next year. Can't wait!!

Great Stay

Our group with three boats arrived on Fathers day, the place was great, plenty of room for three boats. The house was spacious, and had plenty of room for all 10 of us. Ruthann met us there and went over everything, was very helpfull on what and where to go. She also gave us an island tour and took us to a great place for dinner. We are all looking forward to future stays at this location.

Awesome home!

What an amazing experience!

Having just returned to Miami from the Berry Islands our group has nothing but great memories! Having a large group of 19 people Ruthann was able to get us in touch with other home owners on the island to ensure we were all set for our trip. The help was invaluable while trying to organize such a group. The Seaside Cottage is exactly as the photos look. A charming house right on the water with it's own pool and bar as well!! We used this house as our main base having up to 19 people comfortably entertained in the house. Ruthann organized a local meal for us prepared right there in her kitchen. Fresh lobster and fish was a great experience for our whole team. The cottage was very clean and fully equiped for all of our needs. Internet, plenty of fresh towels, toilet paper etc everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The dock in the back yard proved invaluable as well as this was our main pickup point for our excursions to the neighboring island (another must do while on Great Harbour Cay).

Our trip to Seaside Villas

Fantastic Place, excellent

OMG! We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. We had the lower villa and a master bedroom which were decorated pleasant and comfortable. The pool was fabulous because it was private. The tiki bar overlooking the bay was essential for enjoying a fine glass of wine and good friends. Now, about Ruth Ann, what a pleasant surprise. She was so helpful and informative about the islalnds and places to go, things to do. We plan to return asap! We recommend Ruth Ann to all our friends. All the resturants she recommended were wonderful. I don't know how to rate this but I would say excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!

Arrived in our 40 foot sailboat and met our friends for the week. Plenty of deep water! The owner of the house, Ruth Ann was the best! Super accommodating . Great house lots of history.

Ruthann was a gracious host. Available for everything from picking up at the airport to taking us out to hang out with her friends. The house was just what we needed. Very relaxing and secluded. Beautiful place. Excellent location. Can't say enough good things about it.

We stayed there in 2010 for several nights. Crossed over by boat from Ft Lauderdale to do some fishing. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and a wonderful person. She was very gracious and helped us with our demanding schedule and never ending questions. The house was very clean and very well decorated. It is a beautiful place and had everything we needed. The amount of outside seating was a huge bonus along with the pool. It’s hard to find a place with the amount of dockage we need but this place held two 35' boats with ease. We spent everyday fishing on the east side of the island and at night rarely left the house. The water surrounding the island is absolutely stunning. The marina and the fuel dock are very close and the people were very great to deal with. Just cruising around Bullock's Harbour is a wonderful experience. The locals were very gracious and didn’t hesitate to give us some local fishing spots. Views from the house and the location can't be beat. If able I would return here several times a year. We can't wait to return.
