Birch Tree Cottage

Welcome to North Pole, Alaska!
We designed this cottage with a spacious open floor plan, so it has no actual room, except the bathroom of course! Inside, a ladder to the loft brings you to a comfortable area with one queen bed, dresser, and it's own lighting.
In the living area there is another queen bed, next to a spacious closet stocked with extra bedding and fun things for the kids! Along with a smaller closet stocked with cleaning supplies.
The couch is a pull out couch bed for extra sleeping arrangement!
The kitchen area, and countertop, is stocked with coffee and tea, a two burner cooktop, and all the necessities for cooking. There is a smart TV mounted on a full range, long arm mount, to be able to swing wide for viewing in multiple locations of the cottage, Netflix is on us!

Who doesn't love Christmas all year round!
With candy cane light poles and Santa's house just a few minutes away you can't not enjoy this unique little town.
