The Space:
Between the world-class tennis facilities and championship golf course views, this deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is 1215sq ft! You will enjoy the master suite with it's king bed (varies) with attached en suite and jetted tub (most). A second bedroom has two double beds. The cozy living room has a queen sofa bed (varies) and it opens up to the balcony/patio, allowing you to enjoy the luscious scenery. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests! Having a full kitchen allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. A washer and dryer in the unit is incredibly convenient. It's a fantastic resort for a golf vacation with beautiful views in all directions, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

No parking for recreational vehicles, motorcycles or trailers on property; however, secured parking for these vehicles is available for a nominal fee approximately two miles from the resort.

A complimentary shuttle to the Wharf and the beach is available daily. Please check with guest services for the most current schedule, as it is updated seasonally.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
