The Space:
The private bedroom, bathroom, and attached private balcony will provide a comfortable and relaxing space for guests. The furnished kitchen is a great feature, allowing guests to have all the amenities they would find at home. From cookware and utensils to a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffeemaker, everything is provided. It's wonderful to have the option to enjoy a piping hot cup of coffee or tea in the morning or grab a quick bite before heading out. And when you return from a day of fun, the convenience continues with the option to order in or create a meal just the way you like it.

You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. Any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking in all rooms and on room balconies is strictly prohibited. Designated Smoking Sections are located in outdoor common areas of the Resort.

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charges.

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

Guests will be charged a small fee for the handling and storage of packages at the resort. Envelopes and FedEx size envelopes will be complimentary.

Towers with Activities Center or Game Room are Puerto De Leon (Main building/ lobby) and Torre Del Sol (Tower 6).

Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. All slide participants must be at least 48" or taller to ride.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

Other Things to Note:
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham time share presentation. This is NOT obligatory.

You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
