Beachside Oasis in Prime Location w/ Pool & Garden

Nestled along the Fort Lauderdale strip is Villa Saltwater - our 3 bed, 2 bath vacation home located in the only beachfront community along A1A. You'll be steps from the beach, convention center, restaurants, shops, and more!

Our home is spacious with top-of-the-line finishes and custom nyc artwork in each room. The yard is complete with palm trees, fencing, a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, dining/bar tables, hammock, and more.

The space
Recently gut-renovated, Villa Saltwater has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, eat-in kitchen, 2 patios, an in-ground heated saltwater pool, outside dining and lounging, and ductless AC, you'll have everything you need to sit back, relax, and enjoy your day.

The master bedroom is complete with pool-side access, high-quality finishes, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom that was designed to unwind. The master bath has a deep-soak Scandinavian bathtub, double vanity, a bidet, and a walk-in shower with 8 shower heads including a rainfall showerhead that drops from the ceiling.

The other two bedrooms consist of queen beds, closets with custom shelving, and direct patio access where you can relax in the rocking chairs, lounge on the hammock, or sit at the table for a quick snack or a game of cards. The main bathroom is also has a walk-in shower, a bidet, washer and dryers, and direct access to the pool so you can jump in the shower after a good swim.

The outside of our home is fully secured and private with iron fencing and tropical trees/plants lining the perimeter of our property. Some features include 2 tables for eating, 2 egg chairs, 2 lounge chairs, 2 rocking chairs, a hammock, a saltwater pool with a fountain, and an entire .5 acre to yourself! The house also has a gate for the driveway, surveillance for the driveway, keyless smart entry, and more!

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property (house, back yard, pool area, driveway, etc).

On the day of your arrival, we will reach out to confirm check-in instructions and answer any questions. Your access to both the gate and home will be unique to your reservation and will be activated at your respective check-in/out time.
Other things to note
Since you'll be close to pretty much everything - walking and ubering is my preferred choice. However, for guests who rent or have a car we do have gated driveway which you are available to you.
