Absolutely no smoking of any kind!!! Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please move your conversations at that time inside as our neighbors may need to work in the morning. The home has six cameras on the exterior of the home to ensure our maximum occupancy is honored. A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.
